‼️Do not order ‼️ Very disappointing

‼️Do not order ‼️Very disappointing. I ordered bereavement flowers through Haute Flowers and later discovered the order was being handled through Prestige Gifting.

The bouquet delivered looked nothing like the arrangement advertised at £55 reduced to £40. Two days later, some of the roses were deteriorating rather than blooming as I had been advised.

After numerous emails and photographs, I was repeatedly told there were no issues with the size or quality of the bouquet and was offered a 50% voucher towards a future order, which I declined.

Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the flowers and the way my complaint has been handled.

Hello Arlene,

We’re very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order and that the bouquet did not meet your expectations in terms of quality or value.

We also regret that you feel our customer service team did not address your concerns appropriately. This is certainly not the experience we want any customer to have.

We have requested further information and hope we are able to resolve this for you.

Kind regards,

TOTAL SCAM

I tried having flowers delivered from Spain to Scotland for my sister's 60th Birthday and what should have been a simple online procedure turned out to be the biggest nightmare. I chose the flowers I wanted, went to their online checkout, typed in my debit card details and got an error message saying the payment had been declined. I tried again and the same message appeared saying there was an error with the card's CVC number. My amazement was when I checked my bank account and realised the purchase had actually been deducted from my account. By this time I was furious as I hadn't received any sort of confirmation from Prestige Flowers and not much time to have flowers delivered on time for my sister's birthday. Quite frankly at this point I started to feel like I was being scammed, so I decided to search for another company with reasonable priced flowers and came across 123 Flowers. All this without knowing that 123 Flowers is actually operated by the same parent company (Prestige Gifts) as Prestige Flowers. So once again, I chose the flowers and went to the checkout to pay and kept recieving the same CVC error I had received previously with Prestige Flowers. I tried up to three different bank cards and kept recieving the same error. At this point they had deducted five payments (total of nearly 200 Euros) from my accounts, again with no confirmation and no flowers. Eventually after countless emails with their incompetent customer service department, I managed to get my money back. After this horrible experience, I decided not to even send flowers in the end. Thank you Prestige Flowers and 123 Flowers for the worst online experience I have ever had! I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN - A TOTAL SCAM!!

False advertising

False advertising. Prestige flowers/Prestige gifting advertise 7 days a week delivery with 100% satisfaction guarantee. They use courier service/postal service that they know do not deliver 7 days a week and blame the "location" of delivery. Fraudulent advertising. 100% Scam

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered a hamper for a Christmas gift. I placed (and paid for) the order in mid November with a delivery date in December. Fast forward to 20th December and still no hamper. Customer services were awful and then finally agreed to send a replacement next day delivery so it arrived before Christmas. My original choice was out of stock so was asked to choose another of a similar value from a list- which I did. Once I had chosen they then tried to charge me for the difference in price and next day delivery. I refused because it was not my fault it hadn’t been delivered and asked for a refund instead. This was rejected. Christmas came and went and I was then out of pocket by my original order cost plus having to go and buy a new gift.

Prestige Hampers wouldn’t accept any responsibility and refused a refund or replacement (because I rejected the offer of flowers to replace the hamper I now didn’t need). Luckily I got some very very good advice from Citizens Advice and sent them a letter before action which eventually after a month has now finally resulted in my refund, but still no apology!

STAY AWAY - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I ordered a bunch of flowers for 76 quid and the flowers received were hideous dull and not as presented in the picture. I sent an email and numerous photos for them to offer me a 10 pound gift credit to spend on there site!!

I would never use this site again. Next time I will read reviews before I do anything.

Customer service is appalling, they should not be allowed to work in customer service!!

Constant emails back and forth and still not resolved.

Save your money and read reviews before you use this site!!

What a joke of a company

Flowers started to wilt of 4 days, company not interested, very poor quality flowers and customer service.
Expect customers to read their T&Cs before buying and recipients of gifts get nowhere as they should have known to read T&Cs that advised them to complain within 3 days.
What an absolute waste of my senders money.
Stick to a store and save your money.

Do not buy flowers from Prestige

I ordered flowers.they were supposed to arrive on 27 th Nov in the morning according to The post office I had requested that day .They didn't arrive I chased it up with Prestige they were not helpful they didn't take responsibility for the flowers not arriving .
I tried the tracking number with the post office which said the we're in the depot.
Although I had received an email stating they were delivering on the morning of the 27th.
Eventually the flowers arrived on the 28th at 7-45 pm so they had been prepared on the 26 th not arrived on the 27th and of course they were 2 days old when they were delivered mostly wilted and certainly looking worse for not having any water so very disappointing. The flowers were for someone who has just been bereaved .
I have given you the heads up please buy on line in a flower shop local to the area you want the flowers sending at least they will be delivered as promised..
Such a waste of money 😔

Prestige take your money and that's it. No redress when things go wrong they have 0 customer care .
I have learnt

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If I could give no stars I would. This company is set up as Haute Florists. I ordered a bunch of flower from Australia for my friend who has just had major surgery for breast cancer. The flowers that arrived were nothing like the ones I ordered. They offered me a ten pound refund on my next purchase! Are they mad, do they really think I would use them again!

Don’t know what to do about this…

Don’t know what to do about this company they completely let me down, emails sent over and over again about no delivery of flowers. When they finally arrived they was almost dead. Told my friend would receive more flowers today is the 10th flowers was first ordered on 4th October paid in full with delivery charge still no flowers. Then a email sent to me asking to give a score and review on flowers? What flowers the first lot of rubbish ones or once’s that didn’t arrive again.
If I wasn’t having chemo for cancer I would be really putting bad reviews on every site I could.
Really and truthfully this company is a waist of time and money.

Ordered flowers that have never…

Ordered flowers that have never arrived. I have spoken to 4 different customer service people asking for the correct details which I have given them 4 times. I was assured they had them and the flowers had been sent. This was for a very important and special occasion. I paid for international delivery and premium delivery. There is no tracking number and you cannot speak to anyone. Do not buy and avoid at all costs.

These flowers from Prestige wilted and died very quickly.

The flowers I ordered for my wife wilted and died a mere four days after delivery. I did receive prompt but responses from Customer Service but all they did was hide behind their terms and conditions, rubbing salt into the wound by reminding me that I had agreed to them!
I wish I had just bought a bunch from my local Tesco. I’m sure they would still be going strong!
I was offered the sop of a miserable £10 voucher against a future order. You can guess what I said to that….
Won’t be using them again.

Awaiting dead flowers

I took a chance on a new business, I send flowers all the time through my job.

In the first instance, I didn't receive an email confirmation.

The business use Royal Mail as a carrier, who said they attempted two days in a row to deliver, but didn't, as the person is in and the door bell didn't ring. I then asked for redelivery the next day (three days after the initial attempt) and it hasn't gone out because it was Saturday and Royal Mail don't work then.

It's now Monday, the order still hasn't gone back out two days after last rebooking the slot. I have called Prestige Flowers to ask for a refund, and got told it is my responsibility they haven't been delivered, and no compensation will be due. The customer service team were quoting copy and paste responses.

My gift recipient is due to receive some dead flowers at some point, I have spent a lot of money on a very important gift to not be delivered, due to their terrible carrier.
