We have been coming to Cyprus twice a year for many years. Sometimes what you see advertised is not what you get. My last four visits with Gerry/Angela through Prestiege have exceeded expectations. Perfect hosts, perfect Villa, perfect location.
Gerry, as always welcomed us on arrival with a warm welcoming smile and greeting as always.

He gave us a tour of the Villa, with detailed explanations on how everything works, Remotes, Tv's, Air-conditioning etc, etc.

We have been booking with Prestige Booking for over 15 years and every Villa has always been presented immaculately with everything you will need for a wonderful relaxing holiday😎😊

Our villa was amazing and host was very helpful. The whole family loved it.

We have used Prestige Bookings for several years and I cannot praise Gerry and Angela enough for the help and advice they give us during our three week stay.
As usual we were met at the Villa which was as is always, kept to a high standard. During our stay Prestige kept us updated with what was happening in the local area and further afield and popped in now an then to ask if there was anything needed and to make sure we were happy with our stay.
I can assure everyone, Cyprus was safe, friendly and as beautiful as ever and there was not one time when speaking to both locals and holidaymakers did we come across any concerns which are being portrayed in the British Press re the ongoing situation across the water. There is more chance of something happening to you back home than there is in Cyprus and that is fact.
We will be back again in September and we will again be using Prestige Bookings.

- Good and fast communication (fast answer)with the host
- Good redline for standard questions, easy to find
- start of June was perfect weather, at night you dont need airconditions, open window is enough
- Supermarket is not far away
- No signs of war on the island (no military planes or drones) as we thought first. Its all good.

Villa was lovely, kids loved it. Everything was perfect.

We have just returned from a fabulous week staying at the Aretousa combination. We booked as a group of 12 travelling to Cyprus for a wedding and had all the benefits of both Villa Dyo and Ena. The villas are stunning, exceptionally well presented, very modern and well set out, on arrival everything was very clean and tidy. Both offer plenty of space for a larger group, well equipped on suite bathrooms to all rooms, 2 full-sized pools, villas are fully loaded with all the kit you require in the kitchen including a decent coffee machine, outside areas around the pool maintained to a high standard, and a great barbeque area for mealtimes. Really couldn’t have asked for more, exceeded expectations.



Dealing with prestige from the point of booking has been straightforward and easy, Gerry kept everything up to date prior to arrival to make check-in easy, he provided some great guidance and advice on arrival and was available through the smart app at any time of day, very quick to respond to all enquiries, on one occasion attending the villa a short notice out of hours, thanks once again Gerry.



All in all the whole group had a fantastic holiday staying in wonderful surroundings, Villas Dyo and Ena get the highest recommendation as does Gerry and the level of service from Prestige bookings. Great overall experience couldn’t recommend them highly enough.



I couldn’t finish this review without a mention of the current situation in Cyprus, the island is a wonderful place with an abundance of experiences to offer, throughout our stay the Cypriot people were all very welcoming as they are well known to be. At no stage during the holiday did we feel any level of risk whatsoever. People shouldn’t be reluctant to travel; the Cypriot people need continued support from visitors right now.

This villa has absolutely everything u need for a amazing holiday, we very much enjoyed the pool area and bbq. The villa is a very good size with great bedroom with plenty of storage and great aircon. A great large kitchen with 2 large fridges for all ur food and beer. Gerry from prestige booking meet us at and showed us around amd explained all we need to know. Also there is an app they have which has all detail of the villa aswel as a chat servics for any queatiom u may have. Excellent service and villa we all had fantastic time. Thank u gerry and prestige. I would highly recomed them.

Just returned home from a fantastic week stay at Eframia Dyo.
The villa itself was kitted out with all the essentials you needed, and Gerry was always just a message away if we needed anything.
I've seen reports in the news about the war in Iran stretching to Cyprus and this couldn't be further from the truth. The closest thing to a army you'll see is maybes an army of ants. So dont take any notice of the media reports and listen to those who have been, then Book yourselves a wonderful holiday in the Cypriot sun.

Amazing family holiday,had a week at villa dyo near coral bay we had a late arrival landed at 11 pm and then had to pick up hire car,phoned Gerry to let him know we were on are way and he met us at the villa at gone midnight,Gerry was brilliant even at this late hour he was welcoming and showed us around and explained everything to us,he even left us food and drinks to get us started,the villa was more than we expected and was spotless and the pictures online don’t do it justice. The area is really nice and everything is a short drive away,we felt very safe and would recommend this villa for family holiday and would definitely return. Thank you Gerry and prestige villas

Recently returned after our 7th amazing stay at Villa Avyana in Coral Bay, and it just gets better and better. Prestige bookings take care of everything from transfers, to car hire, and welcome food in the fridge on arrival. Beautiful beaches, amazing weather, many dining choices, and great value for money when shopping for the villa. Everything was top notch, as were travelling with elderly parents, with reduced mobility, it was ideal . Cyprus is most definitely open for business and extremely safe. I cannot recommend Prestige Bookings highly enough, their care and attention to detail over the last 5 years has been second to none. Many thanks Gerry and Angela, we will see you again in July

Next but most importantly… there is no conflict/war or other in Cyprus, it’s the most peaceful place and the press it’s getting is wholly unfair and damaging.
I’m already planning my next trip and providing Gerry has availability then this is where I’m going back to.. keep up the excellent work Gerry and team 🫶

Our experience from start to finish was overall amazing! We was welcomed at the villa by gerry who shown us around, how to manage things in the villa and he also left us a welcome package with bread, eggs, milk ect.

We hired a car whilst we was here so we could do some exploring, cyprus was beautiful it was very quite and friendly, we was concerned with the news of the war going on but there was no need it was so peaceful and nothing going on.

We also left a tablet behind on the last day and didnt realise until we was at the airport on the way homec luckily gerry is going to mail this back.

The property Arestousa Ena was immaculate, spacious and perfect for myself and my bridesmaids staying over. The location is central to Peyia and Coral Bay, in a private and safe area.

Lovely villa with very helpful and cheerful staff. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

Forget the scaremongering about Cyprus. This beautiful island is very much open for business and you will regret it if you don’t visit.

We have forgotten how many times we have visited and stayed at a Prestige Bookings villa, but whichever one we stay and whatever time of year we come we never have a single complaint. The villas are always spotlessly clean, well appointed and with all of the things that you could wish for to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

It was just over a week for us this time in Eframia Ena, a lovely three bedroom villa on the edge of Peyia and very close to Coral Bay. The villa has a wonderful view of the sea across an olive grove and vines immediately in front of the villa. There is a really large outside area around the pool with sheltered outside eating area, brick built BBQ and sink with preparation area as well as a table tennis table and pool area, along with sun loungers and sun shades.

A large inside lounger with great kitchen space and three bedrooms each with their own bathroom and to top it all a lovely large first floor terrace perfect for sundowners.

Oh and the news about Cyprus not being safe? Total rubbish. We had a full flight out to this beautiful Island and never once experienced any issues whilst we were there. It felt as safe and welcoming as it always has for us in over twenty years of travelling here. The food is wonderfu, the people so welcoming and friendly and Prestige Bookings’ villas are an absolute delight to stay in, so much so we are coming back out again for two weeks in September!

Great villa, well equipped and located. Gerry and the team were very helpful and provided all information required.
Our advice, take a Fire Stick, makes the evenings early in the season much better when you're staying in.
Despite what you might read in the UK news, we felt totally safe and had no concerns over the issues in the Middle East.
We'd go back, without question.

Our Easter stay at this beautiful villa in Pegeia was absolutely amazing! From the very first day, the host made us feel incredibly welcome — he met us in person, walked us through everything in detail, and was always smiling, kind, and genuinely caring.

The house itself exceeded all expectations. It was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need — even a baby cot, which was a wonderful touch. You could really feel that every detail had been thoughtfully prepared for guests.

The location was equally perfect — peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by the charm of a small village. The garden was a true highlight, filled with citrus trees, beautiful flowers, and even friendly cats that added so much character and warmth to the place.

Overall, this was an unforgettable stay. Everything was just perfect, and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and welcoming holiday experience. We would definitely love to come back!
