Unlike your typical watch trader that tries to low-ball you the moment you walk in, Marcelo actually wants to get to know you and the story behind your watch. One thing I realised in the first encounter with Marcelo is, he's very passionate about watches. His passion has made me realise I'm in very capable hands and, I was right to think that because throughout the process, Marcelo's been nothing but professional and friendly.

My experience purchasing a luxury watch from Marcelo couldn't have been better. It's always nerve-wracking when buying something from a shop you haven't used before but Marcelo went out of his way to make sure I was reassured about the watch itself, the payment, and the delivery. The fact that he kept in contact throughout with photos, including packaging the watch and it being loaded into the DHL van, and then all the updates on the delivery until it was safe on my wrist really made me want to write this review. I'm over the moon with the watch itself, but the service alongside this is what spurred me to writing this. I totally recommend.

Brilliant experience from beginning to end. I reached out to Prestige Watches after seeing a blue dial yachtmaster that I had set my heart on. I reached out with a PX offer and we set the wheels in motion. Admittedly I am not the most patient buyer and like to wrap things up quickly but to my surprise Marcelo was there whenever I needed him and responded quickly to all my questions. Working with Marcelo was painless and and he is very easy to approach and is truly a pleasure to deal with (I wish all watch dealers were as down to earth as Marcelo). In less than a week from our initial chat I had the watch on my wrist along with a handful of gifts which was a lovely surprise! Thanks again, I will definitely be back!
