Today, 'Paypal' refunded me the price I paid on a small scooter cover. This, in a nutshell, is what I wrote to Paypal.
"I ordered this product on the 6th of October, 2021. Hearing nothing from them, I contacted them on or about the 7th of December, twice. They eventually got back to me on the 9th of December, saying that they didn't have the scooter dimentions on file. I sent them that day. On the 22nd of December, I phoned to check the status of the order, after hearing nothing. They said it was being upgraded Free of charge and I would get it early in the New Year. 3 February, 4th February I phoned yet again, and left my details, and nobody got back to me. 8th February 2022, I messaged them on their 'chat' system and emailed them. I have heard no reply. I have no confidence in their promises, and it is now four months since I placed my order. I just want my money back!! I have kept all the emails I have sent, and a copy of todays 'chat'. Thank you.
