Prestahero team is amazing
Everyone who runs a prestashop business knows that we need a lot of modules to help us grow.
The most stressful thing is buying a module and not having good after service in case of a problem.
I've had some bad experiences with other developers, but the Prestahero team is amazing.
They are very helpful and fix the issues quickly.
I definitely recommend them.

Support is not willing to help with their broken module.
All they can say is: Buy a new module. Better not offer similar modules that are free but not working. It only costs me time.
The most important thing about a developer is trying to help their customers.
I don't recommend it.

The update module works very well, the technical support is top-notch. There was a problem with a module not related to PrestaHero during the update but they helped me with this problem anyway, thanks a lot!! I'll be updating the next pages only with the PrestaHero team

The modules are excellent, self-explaining and logical.

The program does what it is supposed to do, but with errors in the result. The support department will help you well, but during the weekend there is no support or the problems will not be resolved further. This gives longer down time for your Prestashop.

I haven't purchased any module from PrestaHero, but so far the support staff is cooperative and answered detailed replies to my questions.
Don't know what will happen after purchasing from them. They lured me to review here before purchasing anything in exchange for a 20% discount.
I will add my experience after purchasing to this review.
