Prestahero makes the difference
The difference between the Prestahero team and other module developers is their customer service. This is the third module I buy from them and Prestahero technicians have always been available, efficient and punctual in setting up the module based on my requests and in solving any problems. My opinion is that they are really good. For months now, before buying a module, I first check if Prestahero has it and if they have it in their catalog I buy it from them.

Megamenu modul
Super Megamenu, with a super team. Helpful and fast customer service. I got help in everything. The menu works well on all devices and is easy to use and configure.

Good looking module. Efficient Support.
The payment features on the checkout page were not working at first. It took only a few days for the PrestaHero team to fix the problem after I provided them with my credentials.
The interface looks quite good and I'm sure it will make the checkout process easier for my customer.
The social login requires some extra work but PrestaHero provides good guidelines to Google, facebook and Paypal social login setup

The module didn’t work initially, but the support team was very responsive and quickly resolved my issue. Later on, I encountered another problem due to an update from another module, and once again, the support team was just as responsive in fixing it. I highly recommend PrestaHero’s modules for their efficiency and outstanding support.

Success Upgrade without the headaches
Friendly and helpful customer server and fast turnaround. Upgrade module works as expected and PH's technical team was readily available to provide help when needed. I will be using their services again and will recommend them too.

The module does not work anymore correctly, and impossible to make it better.
I paid for something that should work correctly. This is not the case and no help provided by the Customer Support because the support period has expired.
I've decided to stop to use this module.

The Referral Program does what I need!
The Referral Program does exactly what I need and was very easy to setup. Had some challenges on the translations and email but the team is very responsive and the support very good.
