Press Telecom are an outstanding telecoms company with a difference. Forget the BTs of the world, this company are streets ahead and super switched on and extremely knowledgeable. They came to do a full install at my Specialist Care Service and I was walked/ talked through everything with full explanations and no hard sell involved. It’s all about finding the right products and services tailored to your business. Wayne will not say you need anything you don’t, it’s their job to make your life easier.

They don’t cut any corners but they do provide exceptional services. I was really impressed with the service, delivery, options and easy to use software as it is IP telephony was part of that delivery for my office. 2 separate servers as one is encrypted for back office and one is for rest of the house.

I’m certain that whatever system you’re looking to have installed, this company can provide it. I even got a separate number for my own office phone on the spot on request so that I can have my own calls come straight through to me and not routed the usual way through the house to then be transferred. I had that new new number in 30 seconds, sat in my office whilst Wayne assigned a new local number to ring my office phone direct.

I would’ve give. 6* but 5 was the highest. The female apprentice is also fantastic and I’m sure she’ll gonon do a great job.

Very happy with the service provided from Press Telecom. The advice we received at our first meeting was honest and very useful and we didn't feel we were just being given the 'hard sell'. Once we began the process of transferring our lines, Press Telecom were with us every step of the way and were very quick to respond to the inevitable hiccups.
