I submitted a question on Thursday

I submitted a question on Thursday, and so far no one has answered it.
On their official website they boast the 5th most commented theme on wordpress.org in 2022 with over 980 comments and an average rating of 4.8/5.

The reality is probably that they are very dedicated to their free users, in order to get free traffic, free reviews.
You get directed here, you become their paid subscriber, and no one will respond to your questions in a timely manner.

It's only natural to get paid to do something.

I don't understand, why is it acceptable for me to pay to vote for presscustomizr, have a problem, submit a question on Thursday, and not have an answer until Monday, more than 4 days later?
