From sending first enquiry to receiving Press tool back from calibration. All done quickly and received back complete by the time i came home from a weeks holiday so no down time not having it unlike other companies taking 2-3 weeks from a item of plant you require regularly.

Great knowledge and customer service. Explained a lot of answers to questions I had about press in general. Great service dropped tool off at local fed ex drop off and was returned to me within a couple days.
