Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service offered by Mr. Lee Mitton of Presley Collectibles!!! Lee was responsive, down-to-earth, and incredibly kind in answering my questions and researching how best to get my purchase from the UK to Hawaii! Though we are on the opposite sides of the earth from each other, Lee's timely responses to my emails made it seem as though he was just around the corner from me. The autographed photo I purchased arrived thoughtfully placed in a protective sleeve with a stiff cardboard insert to ensure it could not be folded or bent in transit. The photo arrived in pristine condition as did its certificate of authenticity. It traveled from the UK to Hawaii in less than 3 days! Thank you, Lee!!!

Despite the unverified reviewer ignoring both our and Trustpilot’s requests for evidence or to delete her review, the new Trustpilot algorithm will allow the review to stand.
Presley Collectibles have provided financial proof to Trustpilot that we have never had any correspondence whatsoever with Tamarra Davis. However, Trustpilot has replied to our request for assistance as follows;
“Unfortunately we can't ask the reviewer to remove the review or provide the reference number, as we’re no longer asking the reviewer to prove their experience as our automated engine assesses the review and the reviewer to see if it looks suspicious.
We cannot be biased, take sides, or take decisions to benefit any party. I completely understand the frustration you’re feeling. I’m sure I’d feel the same way.
I wish I could help you, but Trustpilot allows anyone who’s had experience with the company's buying, service experience, phone call, visiting the website, or visiting the store to leave a review. However, we’re not in a position to decide what is factually correct or incorrect, so we have no other option than to take a neutral stance.”
This new stance in effect means anyone can leave a negative review (either maliciously or in error) on any business profile and Trustpilot will likely not remove the review or assist the business concerned in obtaining further evidence.
Trustpilot are aware of our disappointment and that their new algorithm could open up the whole platform to abuse.
