I'm not satisfied by the service

I'm not satisfied by the service. I just add payment method and didn't click on the pay now button. But unfortunately the amount was deducted twice by my account. What is this man? And still there is no option of Unsubscribe 🤐

Presentshaven a helper

I have good experience with presentshaven As they respons on time 24/7 i try to reached them at 3 am and they still response and guides me on thier policy in which i have been stuck and ensured me to not to be be upset they will help out me in what i am upset with their policy and compensate me
I am very thankful to presntashaven.

Membership issue and refund pending

I mistakenly subscribed to their membership, which resulted in a charge. After realizing this, I requested to unsubscribe. However, a significant amount was then deducted from my account for a top-up. I requested a refund, and initially, they refused. They have since said they will refund me if I leave a review. I hope they keep their word.
