I was looking to purchase a replacement bracket for one of my company's white boards but could not find the part I needed. I ordered a new white board to replace the broken one.
Julie Mooney contacted me to see if I needed the rail as well, as it was not the norm to buy just the white board. I explained what I required and she came up with a replacement kit, which was just what I needed.

I had to press the back button and cancelled the first attempt on the website to order a TV bracket. I ordered a bracket on the second attempt. The company emailed me to make sure the order was correct. I confirmed it was indeed correct. The next day I emailed to cancel the order because my wife had changed her mind. The company was able to stop the shipment and credit my credit card. The company kept me informed the whole time. On the basis of my experience I would recommend this is a good company with which to do business.

Placed the order Monday evening, arrived Wednesday morning. I was out at the time. On the order form I asked if the items could be left with a neighbour. Not a problem in fact the carrier/driver rang me to tell me where the package had been left.

We were delighted to receive our three magnetic whiteboards 4 days after ordering them.
With two in place, as we put the third onto the mounting screws it shattered into thousands of pieces which was very disappointing.
We followed the same procedure with the first two boards.

Julie, from Presentation Media, was all hands on and super helpful when we bought the fabulous glass magnetic screens for our workspace. They look very professional and are already in use, along with the VC stand.
