Love all the meals I get and know exactly whats in them and how nutritious they are, it's also amazing that they cater to my nut allergy, I know I can eat the meals without worrying.

I love the concept of this, but the ‘losing weight’ plan food honestly tastes pretty terrible - the majority of it is bland, and the meat and fish is unpleasant to chew / smell once cooked. Looking at the silver lining I am likely to lose weight on this plan because I’m leaving half of it each time - maybe it’s the quality of the ingredients sourced that has slipped over time or there is a quality control issue in manufacturing, but it’s certainly not as advertised ‘Michelin chef crafted’ ...unless that star was stolen by the new guy in a prison cafeteria...

Been using PrepPerfect for about two years now, food is always delicious and menus are regularly updated, a great amount of choice I am sure I will continue to use them for another two years.

Really pleased with my prepped meals! Taste great & feeling less bloated after just a few days, ordered next weeks, making life easier

Delivery, packaging and food options are very good.

Quality of meat is not up to the standard I was expecting. It doesn’t take like real meat.

All the meals that I’ve had so far taste amazing. Really fresh and just like I’ve cooked them myself.
I’m trying to lose weight, but also have a very busy lifestyle, so this is just so convenient for me and gives me more time for other things.
Despite the portions looking a little on the smaller side at times - they are really filling.
There’s a good choice of food on the menu, but would like to see some new recipes being added - maybe more pasta dishes as I’m having a lot with rice. Would definitely recommend!

I love the food and snacks, I can’t wait to see which meals I have for the next week when the box arrives
the only problem I have is trying to stop my kids from stealing and eating it from me 😁

Main issue was with delivery, not sure if it was a DPD’s issue or PrepPerfects issue. Meals are pretty good taste wise, but look nothing like the images on the website. Would order again as pricing is pretty good

My first time using prep perfect and all meals so far have been great. They’re not the cheapest but they’re the only ones I have tried who pack plenty of protein in. Would recommend!

Ordered the 7 day weight loss meals, they looked really appetising in the pictures on the website stating there garnished with herbs and spices.

I have to say the food is presented in tubs but as the plastic containers are hardly filled with much food, everything inside gets all
Mixed up and looks revolting.

Even so I thought the taste will make up for it but unfortunately all the food is extremely bland and even tho the portions are tiny I couldn’t fiinish any of them as the taste was unpleasant.

It’s very expensive for what they give you and I would stay clear.

I have received my order yesterday. Each and every single meal is half of what is advertised. The seller indicated that the pictures have " garnish", pictures are taken before lidding and transit. While I am not missing a leaf of parsley, and am not upset about unsightly transit battered meal (which actually is not), I am missing half of the meal! I suppose the drive must have eaten half of them.
The seller said there is information about ingredients and accurate weight provided in the nutritional value section. However, the section only contains calories and macros. I wasn't aware that macros are ingredients in the meal and calories provide information about weight? I suppose there is a lot for me to learn in this life :)

Me and my husband are so glad to have found this company.

We really struggle with food and overeating in the week after work. We are usually tired and just get a takeaway which is obviously not healthy and isn’t cost effective.

These are perfect for us right now, they help us with our portion control and they are so quick and convenient.

We have had a few that we were not keen on but most of the meals are great, really tasty. Everyone has different tastes so I guess this is to be expected, just try lots of different ones to find what your favourites are as ours were not necessarily what we were expecting.

They seem to be adding new meals as well which is nice that they are keeping the choice up, we are just hoping they don’t remove any of our favourites at any stage!

My brother has been using this to lose weight and has lost something like 12kg in a month (he is a big guy...) I am a bodybuilder and did a mini cut with it and lost 6.6lb/3kg in two weeks before a holiday (87kg to 84kg) Food tasted pretty good and after a few days you get used to the portion size. Portion control and calorie intake is essential for weight loss and this does all the hard work for you. I also had an issue with delivery and they sent a fresh box out within 2 hours and arrived the next day. Well done guys great concept and a pleasure to deal with.

Received my first set of meals last week and I've got to say that I'm disappointed with what I got for my money. The portions are small and absolutely tasteless regardless of meal. No doubt their response will be "well, they're low calorie! Add your own condiments!" which is really no excuse given I just paid ~£70 for a week of crap which will be going in the bin.

I've been using Prep Perfect for some time now and I'm always really happy with my meals. Delivery is always on time and it makes food prep much more convenient for me as I never have time to cook proper food

The food is fantastic and not like a diet in any sense, I have purchased the reduced calorie package and have been really surprised with the tastiness of the meals.

My one reason for the reduced star is the use by date is usually 2 -3 days after receipt of delivery meaning you have to freeze half which requires that additional freezer space and the aggravating defrost time

Okay. I have been a customer for nearly two years now. The idea of having balanced and tasty meals ready was very appealing for a busy professional such as myself. Specially if you are a bit of a foodie.
I enjoyed their service thoroughly during the first year.
My impression however, is that quality has dropped massively over the last year or so, to the point that the price/quality relationship has fallen through. Particularly the dishes within the set meal plans. I suspect they have tried to make some cuts and savings, while maintaining the price. This is a huge mistake in my opinion, as the service seems to be aimed at a more middle class/health commited/highly demanding audience.
I used to enjoy the salmon dish but I no longer can.
The "oriental" line of vegetables is very dull, soil tasting, and always goes in the bin, the sweet potatoes are soggy, white fish is cheap tilapia, the naan bread is soggy and dull too, etc, etc. Most dishes don't do well in the microwave, they overcook under the recommended times. It seems the cooking point prior to packing is poorly thought.

The only dishes which currently make sense are the lamb meatball pasta and the curry, both of which you can find much cheaper elsewhere.

With Itsu, Yo!, Leon and the like selling healthy meals deals for 6£ Prep Perfect is not worth it.

Truly sorry to be leaving this service as it was so helpful and I was a great advocate of their business among my colleagues.

I hope they have a sit and rethink what they are doing and their recipes, as currently they don't deliver a product that is minimally good enough for an audience willing to pay 6 to 8£ for chilled/frozen food.

I discovered Prep Perfect in November of 2018 after a number of years experimenting with various meal prep companies. Whilst the scope of their service does go beyond that of meal preparation, this would be the main arm of the business that I use on a regular basis. Fast forward 1 year on and I am still a regular customer. The level of service and attention to detail in their meals is outstanding. Every package I have received since my first is securely, uniformly packed, in a secure uniformed box, and all of the meals arrive in pristine, chilled condition - with no leaks or damages to report in my entire 1 year experience with them. I can also say with experience that receiving regular deliveries of food via courier is almost entirely dependent on the supplier being mindful with their packing methods and materials. Prep Perfect have thankfully got this part of the service down to a fine artform. The only thing that I would not be able to report on is how the Prep Perfect customer services team might deal with problems, bad deliveries or errors, quite simply because I have had none up until this point. With that said, I have confidence in the company to deliver for all of their customers and have no reason to doubt them based on my experiences. It is clearly a very well run business and most importantly the food is delicious.
