Good quality food but very little amounts for the money. Also, not clear how to recycle the big package with a lot of dry ice?!

For the first time purchase I was very skeptical. Deep frozen food, rich in protein and healthy ingredients. Too good to be true. There must be a catch.

So far I am very pleased with the frozen meals and have a subscription running. Trying all the froze meals. I've encountered a few gems that I insantly fell in love with.

The ingredients are fresh and the taste is like it's made the same day. Few ingredients like "modified starch" raise a question on what it really is, is it part of the E -class but different worded?

Either way, happy so far.

2022-11-09 after several complaints of not receiving a shipping email with relevant tracking, the bug/issue still persists. It's been 4 orders already

I was pleasantly surprised with the flavour of the food. It's very convenient and saves me so much time.

The only problem I have is that I feel guilty about the amount of waste I'm creating. If there was a sort of Pfand system that would be ideal. I do appreciate the company using minimal plastic in the packaging though.

The foods is fairly good and the portion is ok. Probably is the for health reasons, but it misses a bit of salt.

The delivery was on time and properly done.

Food is good, but it was delivered not the day I specified during the order, with one week difference.

Portions are smaller than the competion and prices are higher. Some meals have higher calorie content. Some meals are slightly bland.

Meals are tasty and convenient. As a single person, I order the six meal pack each week which costs more than $11 per meal. The costs per meal should be less, at no more than $10 per meal. Customers who order regularly should at least get a discount on their orders as an incentive.

Most of the dishes taste good. However, it's quite expensive and I find the portion size a bit small

no flavour in meat and it smelled very bad

The meals were great around 2018-2020. Then you changed the source of minced meat and chicken breast, and moved more towards asian type dishes, which I don’t like.

The custom meals from 2018-2020 were perfect.

Full of lies, bad customer service

The quality is great! Compared to similar service providers, the price is a bit high. I understand that the required method to deliver the boxes is top-notch but charging the delivery for an already pricey service feels too much, specially if you are a recurring customer like me. I love you guys!

Easy option for healthy diet

The food is delicious (so much better than the other company I used to buy from - FitMeal), but they really mess up our orders every week. My husband and I ordered for 4 weeks and every week we had a problem. On the first week, one of the dishes delivered was totally different from what we had ordered. On the second week, they only sent six out of the eight dishes we had ordered (we contacted them, they made a refund and assured us that this wouldn't happen again). On the third week they didn't deliver anything (we still don't know why. But at least our credit card wasn't charged also). On the fourth week, again, they sent six out of the eight dishes we ordered (they said it wouldn't happen again, but it did - and at this point I suspect it is going to happen more times in the future also). So, if you want delicious food but terrible services, go with Prepmymeal. If you want good services but not so good food, go with FitMeal. But you can't have it all. Not in Vienna, at least...
