Account is useless if you don't pay

Account is useless if you don't pay 90 usd for 6 months or 200 usd for a year.
Also, website does not allow me to delete my account.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you're not fully satisfied with our service. We’d like to clarify a few points:

Our free Basic Membership already includes a variety of resources, including 10 Peer Meetings, which you have used. To access unlimited meetings, an upgrade to the Premium Membership is necessary.

We offer different Premium Membership options based on what you need: 1 week for $49, 6 weeks for $89, or Premium + Coaching (1-year membership and one coaching session) for $199.

Regarding your concern about deleting your account: We are already in contact via email and want to ensure your request is handled swiftly. It would be very helpful if you could reply to our email so we can assist you further.

Great start for beginner

Great starting point to prep for cases, they provide key frameworks as well as opportunity to pair with other students to practice.

Matching with people doesn't work…

Matching with people doesn't work properly. I sent out multiple invites but most of them don't bother to answer.

Meeting Board: Here, you can see open invitations from other users and create your own to find case partners more quickly.

Case Partner Overview: You can check which peers are currently online and contact them directly. You can also sort by reliability to find partners who are more likely to respond.

Excellent content library

Excellent content library, matching system, and coaching services offered. The only ding is for not allowing private message forwarding to email as is the default for all other modes of notification with the site.
