First class platform, first class coaches, first class experience. Wish I knew this existed earlier. Loved the thoughtful touches like the regular reminders, the prompt to provide a whatsapp number to reduce the risk of missing a session. The coaches are top notch, and more attractively priced than competing platforms.

I used Prepfully to prepare for Meta EM interviews.

I had sessions with several coaches (2 M2 and 4 M1 EMs, and 3 Staff engineers for system design and coding practice), and all of them were very helpful. The feedback was very high quality, the system has more coaches than other platforms and they have done many more sessions so overall quality seems to be much higher (although I only used 2 other platforms, 1 session each).

Overall I got an offer, and was very grateful for the kind help from the coaches. They truly go out of the way to help, one of them even gave me advice after the session for team matching (the prepfully team facilitated interactions via email), which was especially valuable since Meta has announced layoffs and there are very few roles still hiring. And it costs investment, but it is so worthwhile.

I had 1 week before my interview w Meta and was freaking out big time. Scheduled b2b sessions through prepfully, confidence increased massively over 2-3 days. Flew through round 1 and 2 thanks to them. Fingers crossed for next steps.

Helpful coaches, very invested in your success. The advice was nuanced to my answers, and I got constructive feedback that I could immediately incorporate. 2 of the coaches were also generous with their time, we went 1520min beyond the scheduled session window. Would have been nice to have some sort of bulk booking functionality, like if I could simulate my actual onsite that would be a dream.

I can safely say that I would not have received an offer at Meta without the help of some of the coaches I found via Prepfully. Every single one of them (except for one M2 GPM who was somewhat rude but still helpful) was golden in providing calibrated advice. There was one M1 GPM that I talked to 4 times and got something practical that I could apply in my interviews, each time. And the team is wonderfully helpful, Anju was on top of every email chain where support was required. Amazing service, strongly recommend!

I am a coach and enjoyed my sessions so far. I did one time show late to a session and offered a free session because of that. Hopefully these sessions can be rescheduled without inconvenience

The coach didn’t arrive for session after which I got the email asking for my review of the session. The price is exorbitantly expensive. The customer service is not responsive. Not worth the amount of money of $150.

Used them in the past and they were great! Recent experience includes inactive coaches including those that you can schedule with (instant scheduling) and they're still inactive. A huge turnoff for those looking to interview prep.

Prepfully has been a really easy to use and trustworthy platform. I've taken interviews and helped several candidates and have had no issues with the platform. Keep up the good work!

Great option to hone your interviewing skills while also making some extra cash on the side. The processes are well put through which makes it a breeze.

Enough reminders sent to make sure either party doesn't forget the event. The link to join was very easily accessible. I would have preferred a way for mentor to email the candidate and vice versa. In this case, I had wanted to email the candidate to prep ahead of time. This lack of 1 tiny feature is why I rated 4/5.

prepfully makes it really easy to connect with experts who can provide valuable feedback on what you can do better in interviews. That can be a make or break difference resulting in thousands of dollars of a difference in pay.
