Thieves. Made an order for GBP 66 but still haven't received my item more than one month later. Considering legal action if a full refund is not received soon.

They intentionally scammed their customers by setting up a promotion to run on the weekend of the 15th of February 2020. It specified that all of the orders placed that weekend would be delivered on Monday the 17th. It also said that any outstanding orders that had been placed prior to that weekend would be delivered on the 17th.
No orders arrived on the 17th. Instead, they blacked out all of their social media accounts and replaced their website with a message stating that it was 'undergoing maintenance' and that it would be back on the 28/02/2020. On the 1st of March they changed the website message to say that they would be back on the 08/03/2020. Still no orders or contact from them though.
This isn't the first time that I've had problems with this business. On other occasions I've had to chase them for other undelivered orders too. The whole point of buying prepped meals is the overall convenience of them but with this company its a fifty fifty chance that the meals will even arrive. Since it's food you then have no choice but to sort something out last minute for lunch & dinner and then spend the rest of your time trying to contact them for the forgotten/ignored order.
I've tried a lot of prepped meal companies in the UK and this one was by far the least reliable - it's ran by absolute cowboys. Do yourself a favour and avoid them. At the very least only pay by credit card (rather than debit) so that when they mess up your order, or intentionally scam you, you at least have some chance of getting your money back.

Terrible company I played an order with them on the 15th February 2020 still haven't received my meals, I have emailed them still no contact so I tried their social media accounts all been deactivated, went back onto their website and all you get is a message saying the site is undergoing maintenance and will be back up and running on the 28th February 2020 it's now the 29th still not working same as the social media accounts and still no reply to my emails so I have lost out on money I have contacted the bank to which I was told if I don't hear anything by the 4th March they will try and get my money back.

I've been ordering from this company for over a year now and, if anything, the quality of the product has improved over time.
The value for money is fantastic and quantities are great.
When I have had to get in touch, they've been quick to respond and very helpful.
