SCAMMERS LOVE THIS BANK

Scammer using this bank under the name "University of Bristol" trying to scam students out of thousands of pounds claiming "overdue tuition fees". Completely ridiculous that you can open a bank account under the name of a huge institution, must not perform any identity checks.

Haven for Scammer accounts

Unfortunately this company is a haven for scammers. This year alone, I have had to report 3 of their accounts as being operated by scammers. You cannot speak to them on the phone and emails go unanswered. Avoid this company who also go under the name of prepay Technologies

Unfortunately I was scammed

Unfortunately I was scammed, this company took my money for something I purchased on Facebook marketplace but refused to give my money back. Data protection protects them from me finding out who’s account I paid into but what protection do I get?? All totally wrong!

They deal with transactions for emoney…

They deal with transactions for emoney services like Monese. I have had an issue with Monese regards my atm withdrawal that I didn’t receive but yet money has gone out of my account pending in the system somewhere. Monese have blocked any means of me contacting them and prepay solutions answer is to contact Monese. They both know exactly what they are up to, they assisting scammers and thieves in stealing from people.

You cant get your money back

This company took over Virgin Money Prepay cards. I had a small balance and am having great difficulty retrieving it as I dont want their replacement. They want a pdf bank statement so I simply downloaded and forwarded the pdf from Intelligent Finance. As they dont put the statement on "headed paper", whatever the definition of that is, I cant get the money. I then sent a photo of a paper version, hardly different it just has Intelligent Finance on the right hand upper corner, that they didn't accept because it was less than A4 full size. I did warn them the next step would be complaint. I shall endeavor to take a new picture with the full paper statement and lets see what happens then. However, I certainly would not trust this lot with serious money.
