Prentice Home, thank you.

Hi,I ordered 2 items and was given 2 tracking numbers.
1 arrived a couple of days after being despatched ,I waited a couple more days still nothing, so I emailed and got an instant reply from someone called Eunice Dunlop informing me that both items were in the same box, my fault for not checking, I emailed back to confirm and Eunice still replied to say thank you.
Would recommend Prentice Home to others.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Coffee machine arrived in awful packaging and state. I was told because it worked it wasn’t their problem. Don’t buy from them especially if for a gift as would be mortifying to give this to someone in the condition it arrived in.

Poor service

I ordered a Christmas wreath on the 03rd December 2021, I have still not received this, despite paying for speedier delivery. I have called and emailed prentice and no response. The customer service I have received is appalling and still without a wreath or my money.

Is Prentice Home a bogus company?

Ordered over £200 worth of stuff from Prenice Home on 26 October and have not received anything. Emailed customer services and received two (unhelpful) replies at first but nothing since. The two numbers on the website don't answer or go to a personal answer phone. IS this even a real company?

Didn't arrive

I made two orders, one was a Denby dinnerware set and one was the matching cups. The cups arrived safely (I'd ordered these after the dinnerware) and delighted with them! But the dinnerware hasn't arrived still and it's been a week, I've had no tracking number and Hermes can't help as there's no number.
I tried calling the 2 numbers on the website 8 times with no response, I also sent 3 emails and have had no response.
I am hoping they do turn up as it's a beautiful set but will be furthering investigation for this.

Great customer service

Delighted with my Alex Clark dog mugs which were a lot cheaper compared to other companies. Delivery was super quick so made up with customer service from Prentice Home.

Prompt delivery of Stellar stainless steel pans…

My old Stellar stainless steel pans unfortunately would no longer work on my new induction hob. As I’ve been a satisfied customer for many years I wanted to buy Stellar again. Really pleased with set of 4 new pans and they work beautifully on the new hob.
The order was dealt with promptly and received the order within a couple of days.
Happy cook!

Smeg toaster and kettle

Having had difficulty buying Smeg toaster and kettle locally and online in England, I am delighted to receive both items from Prentice Home. I paid for 3 day delivery and both items arrived on time. The notification of delivery and courier were excellent.

Crystal Wine Glasses and Champagne Flutes

Ordering was easy and the delivery and feedback were prompt. Amazing service without going into the shop. I ordered wine glasses a year ago and everyone loved them. They look so elegant and look amazing on our boomerang photos. I have now ordered the same style in champagne flutes and whiskey glasses.
