I recived a broken watch and Wrote an E-Mail at the Same day as i recived the Watch. Till now i got no answer.
I tried it also with the contact form on there Website but also no answer.

I've already sent four emails in total, and I haven't received a response. I just want to return the defective watch and get my money back! Absolutely terrible customer service, what a shame!

Amazing website and superb watch selection
I couldn’t choose so I bought 4 and I’m amazed at the quality very well made and great attention to details not to mention a reasonable cost
And customer service is first class from start to finish

Slight delay in getting the watch but the communication was excellent and the watch was well worth the wait.
Well packaged and the travel case is a nice touch.
Will be ordering more.

I had high hopes for Premium Time (PTT) when I purchased a Seiko Daytona-style watch from them. Having previously had a fantastic experience with Moddys Custom Watches, I thought I'd try PTT since their pricing was slightly lower. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a mistake.

The watch arrived quickly and included some tools for adjustment, but immediately, I ran into issues—the strap was too big, even after maximum adjustments. When I reached out for support, PTT suggested that I cut the rubber strap to size, even providing a video tutorial. I found this odd, to suggest cutting a strap of a new watch but followed their instructions carefully. At no point did I alter the strap where it meets the watch face.

Then the real problems started. Within two weeks, the strap attachment at the bottom of the watch face came loose and fell off, despite no impact or rough handling. I was able to reattach it, but this was a major concern, especially as part of the strap had come undone and was lost.

When I contacted PTT for assistance, their customer service turned out to be a nightmare. Initially, they said they would arrange a replacement or repair—but after that, it was just endless delays and silence. They promised a replacement strap, then disappeared. Despite repeated follow-ups over an entire month, I received nothing. Ironically, the watch itself arrived quicker than their supposed replacement strap.

Frustrated by their lack of response, I left a comment on one of their Instagram ads highlighting their poor service. Only then did they email me back—blaming me for "weakening" the strap, even though I only followed their own advice. Their response was dishonest and insulting, especially after taking nearly £200 for this watch and failing to deliver any real after-sales support.

Final Verdict: DO NOT BUY FROM PREMIUM TIME. You're gambling with both product quality and customer service. If something goes wrong, expect delays, excuses, and zero real support. If you want a trustworthy seller, I strongly recommend Moddys Custom Watches or another reputable vendor instead.

In reply to the company reply - I invite everyone to look at all my reviews. I never leave anyone a bad review. Its the utter gaslighting from this company that has inspired me to right this review.
I stand with what I've said - customers BEWARE of these charlatans. They have 6 reviews, of which two are rated 1 star. Not worth the risk at all. Warn your family and friends.

Just received my daytona. Unbelievable service from beginning to end. Loads of advice from the lads what to get and would work best for me. Contact everyday with timelines provided. 100% recommend these lads and will be back to them for another. My son is about to order one for himself. 5 stars. Thanks Max and Marcus.

Fantastic watches and even better customer service. I originally received my Seiko submariner, and I was impressed by the quality of the item. So much so that my son ordered a Seiko royal oak, and my friend also ordered a watch too. Customer services were happy to answer any questions I had and were fast to respond to emails. Already looking to purchase another watch from them.

The service and help from premium time was absolutely amazing,I highly recommend them,the watch I purchased was awesome and packed with care I also liked the case it arrived in to keep it protected during delivery and for future storage when your not wearing the watch.

Ordered watch as a gift in December for Christmas. Received confirmation when ordering was placed, however after that it was radio silence. I tried contacting by emailing two different addresses, Facebook, live chat on the website. Communication was poor, when I finally got some information and tracking details I saw the shipment was not local and was coming from across the world. To make matters worse the courier in the UK missed collecting my parcel delaying even further before it finally reached me in mid Jan.
Overall it was a very stressful experience, not something I wish to endure again.
