SCAM ( Asian outfit?)

Complete scam
They got quite far with me until I found it peculiar and shut them down. After which they have constantly telephoned , as if I might reconnect with them ??
I am hugely surprised that they might even still be operating?

I was recently scammed in the exact same manner

I was recently scammed in the exact same manner as Fred Harris wrote about in his August 8, 2020 review. received an urgent email from them entitled "AUTO-RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTION FINAL REMINDER!!! ( I never was previously reminded) allegedly charging my credit card $599.00 ( this was a lie) even though I had cancelled years previously because of poor service. When I called for a refund as instruted (561-898-8374) I was told they needed to access my computer to remove their programs, which I foolishly allowed. They got into my bank account and then claimed they "accidentally" ( as with Mr. Harris) deposited $6000 instead of the $600 refund. By manipulating my bank account what they did was actually transfer $6000 from my credit card linked to the same bank account. They then demanded that I purchase Nike Gift cards to pay them back or they would wipe me out, and locked my computer by changing the password. I was forced to run to different grocery stores, purchase 8 $500/each gift cards, text them the photo with the codes and pin numbers, which I did under these threats. That day I had my son unfreeze my computer, called my bank to freeze all accounts, and called Nike to launch an investigation and try to get my money back. This investigation is still pending. I also filed a complaint with the FBI internet crimes bureau and i suggest all others do the same. This is outrageous criminal conduct with they deny occurs but i have the proof

I was recently scammed out of $3000 by…

I was recently scammed out of $3000 by this company. I allowed them to access my bank account to supposedly refund $449.95 for a cancellation of their "services". They got me with a Macy's gift card scam. They "accidentally" transferred $4999.95 into my account. Then tried to do a wire transfer back to their account. "Accidentally" put another $4999.95 into my account. When the bank became aware of the activity, they blocked my account. The scammer had me go to Macy's and get $3000 in gift cards to repay them what they supposedly transferred into my account. They took back their $10,000 and took my $3000. How can these people do these things especially during these trying times in people's lives.

Horrible

Horrible - I paid $499.95 for a lifetime service plan. I used their service a couple of time and they did a crappy job plus deleted a number of my files. They basically said not their problem, End of conversation. A couple of months later I again requested their service and was told my service plan had been cancelled because I had not paid the $9.99 monthly fee to keep the plan active. I stated the $9.99 fee had never been mentioned an was not mentioned in the service plan. The crook I talked to said that was part of the agreement and if I wanted to continue there service I would need to send another $499.95. This is without question a scam, professional scam.

This company is a Very Big scam

This company is a Very Big scam. They talk so fast u cant understand them & take ur money telling u u get a refund which turns out to be Bull. And pass u around to other people who do nothing for u after they take the money. If u ask for a refund they'll tell u over and over and over its on the way after telling u, "7 to 10 days". After a month They'll tell u, "Just a few more days". Which will never happen. I paid $248 & my refund was Supposed to be $100, which i NEVER got.after i cancelled

This is a scam

This is a scam. Had a conversation with this guy, who transferred me to his "associate." However, he was his own associate. He couldn't remember what name he was supposed to be using. A legit company would have sent me an email or a letter, not a robocall. A legit company would have my credit card number where they could make the refund.
