You bought your premium key for Filerocker, and you already have Premium for that service and then you request us to see "Account balance", what is that? We are not finance service to show your account balance, that is your secret and we do not have permission to have and show it to you.
For another question, you asked why you dont have order in your account?
We already replied you with perfect answer, we told you place order by guest, so that is guest order! Guest order is not a customer order to show in your account.
