Having had a shaky start with this company, booking but not being able to get hold of them, Sher rang me very concerned about my Trustpilot review with only 1 star. He was insistent that he wanted to put the situation right. However, I had already booked another company, called Airport Executive.
Less than 24 hours before my booking, I received am email from Airport Executive, cancelling my booking due to an unexpected shortage of available drivers!
So, tentatively, I rang Sher back and gave him the opportunity to put things right.
Sher jumped at the chance and has kept in contact right to the last minute. He turned up slightly early, and the car was clean and he looked smart. 5 teenage girls went to Prom in his vehicle, music blaring, and messaged me to say they were "super-happy"!! Thank you, Sher, you excelled yourself and I paid him the amount the original company had quoted, even though his quote was cheaper! He came to our rescue, thank you so much!! Will definitely use him again!

I recently used Premium Gatwick Cars and was very impressed from the start of booking to drop off. Easy to book and arrange, and on pick up the driver was courteous polite and professional. I especially liked the local knowledge and how to navigate the airport once dropped off. Highly recommend and will be using the service again for the summer vacation

Fantastic private airport taxi service from London to Gatwick Airport for our family holiday. The driver helped with luggage and the car (Vito) was spacious and clean. Very reliable and affordable.

I recently used Premium Gatwick Cars on my return from a holiday in Dubai. The driver was waiting for us on arrival. He was professional at all times. My 2 year old was upset after the flight but soon settled as the car was comfortable, clean and loads of space. We were able to get in all our luggage and the travel pram. I would recommend Premium Gatwick Cars to anyone looking for a hassle free transfer especially with kids!
