The flowers was in perfect condition. The ordering was easy. Was able to get delivery the next day. The delivery driver explained how to care for the flowers. Just a great overall experience. Will order again.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, I ordered flowers Jan 31st for my partner in Argentina for Valentines Day. I asked them several times if they could deliver to the address that I provided and they told me yes it’s no problem.
On Feb 9th I sent a message to reconfirm if it was going to be sent and ask when they would be dispatched and with which company, they told me they would send them on the 14th with their own drivers.
The very next day they told me they couldn’t deliver to the address and the zone is not covered. Why would you not tell me this when I initially asked? Or the next 3 times I asked? Now I’m minus $180 and it’s 3 days until Valentine’s Day. They were responding before but now I’ve asked for a refund they are ignoring me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Second, I wanted to share my delightful experience with your service. Being in Germany, I wanted to surprise my girlfriend in Venezuela, but I was quite frustrated with my search on Instagram as I didn't know where to look. I found you through Google and, though I was initially uncertain about your authenticity, your customer service was exceptional.
You addressed all my concerns, and I decided to take a chance and place an order. I requested a beautiful bouquet of 48 roses, a teddy bear, and some chocolates. Not only did you deliver punctually, but the arrangement was even more exquisite than the photograph on your website. You ensured that everything went smoothly without spoiling the surprise.
My girlfriend had left her apartment and couldn't be reached on her phone, but you called me and asked for an alternative number. I provided my mother-in-law's contact, and you successfully delivered the order. Upon arriving home, my girlfriend was absolutely thrilled.
I am in love with Premium Florist. I've already placed my next order for Valentine's Day.

I ordered flowers to be delivered…
I ordered flowers since Wednesday to be delivered today, they suppost to be received in the morning. I have been in the line for an hour and no-one answer my call. Very bad service.
Terrible service I got a message a day after indicating they will contact me to let me know the status of my order, first is a day after and second no flowers, no answer from them I just want to cancel my order due to they didnt deliver the flowers.
But there is no way I can contact anyone from this company.

Admin charge for not fulfilling order
Ordered some flowers to an overseas location after googling a florist for that location
After paying for order they said they could not meet and asked me for another address in same country (?)
Of course I only wanted to send flowers to my partner so asked for refund.
Then they said (after following up a few days later) they could do but would charge $9.99 admin fee.
avoid .. what a bunch of crooks!

Terrible customer service, terrible experience
Twice I ordered flowers from this company and first time they were delivered despite them ignoring my WhatsApp messages asking for updates.
Second time they accepted the order took my money, I chose a slot between 8-1pm, it was late but they promised to deliver before 8pm and then emailed saying sorry please can you send a new address to deliver to.
Terrible customer service, terrible experience, avoid at all costs there are plenty of other options.
