Used to be great but now they rarely upload new music

Used to love using premiumbeat for my content largely because I felt like I was supporting fellow creatives in their endeavours. Nowadays though it seems like only a few artists are on their payroll and they rarely upload new content. I'm worried that they are looking into AI services and if they do I will not use the website again

They very quickly fixed an error.

They debited my account for a subscription that I'd cancelled weeks before. But they rectified the mistake and reimbursed me very quickly after they received my customer service complaint. I am a happy customer.

They kill your YouTube account

I purchased a premium license for my videocast back in 2021. And now they're issuing warnings for all my videos. This is despite an ongoing appeal process. Of course, they're not responding to this, and the YouTube channel is being severely disrupted.

Stay away!

Customer service is horrible

I have been back and forth with customer service for months. They have been unable to give me access to my subscription and past orders that oddly disappeared from my account. When I asked to cancel, they ignored me. I’m getting charged even though I can’t access my purchases!

It’s a scam.

Terrible Customer Service

We paid for a subscription and the song we downloaded still said "Premiumbeat.com" every few seconds in the background, so we were unable to use it in our video. In spite of only downloading one song that we were unable to use, premiumbeat.com would not refund our subscription.

High quality music with no-nonsense licensing

I have two songs licensed through PremiumBeat.com. The music is of high quality and you'll have no troubles with their no-nonsense licensing. Would be useful if I could have more than 5 downloads per song, but it means I am just careful when downloading. The licenses can be a bit expensive for small productions like mine, but I think they are worth the money, especially if you can reuse the music a lot. They also have a 25% discount promotion on often, which is great as it covers for the extra tax payment in the UK.

I purchased a 3 month subscription that…

I purchased a 3 month subscription that allowed me 5 songs per month. You have 30 days to download your 5 songs for each month as they do not roll over to the next month. I was away on holidays in remote parts of Australia without internet and when I returned I was 2 hours late to download my 5 tracks for that month.
Despite sending emails to all levels of customer service my request for some leniency was continually denied.
I even wrote and posted a letter to the managing director explaining my situation and received no reply.
Premium Beat have an opportunity to show some goodwill and grant me access to the 5 tracks I paid for without any cost to there business and I will continue to seek an amicable resolution.

Premiumbeat.com

Me and many top Indie artists are rejected very hard on Premiumbeat lately. They should update upcoming music producers about their financial situation cause they reject all music submissions very hard. Don’t recommend to waste your time to submit to them producers... if you got rejected as well you‘re Welcome to comment here.
