I bought it 3 days ago. The product arrived after 72 hours. I left 3 inquiries to the customer center, but there was no reply. I think I've been scammed, so I've already made a purchase with another payment method. Avoid this site if you are reading my posts.

It's been almost 3 days since I paid for a RapidGator premium code. Sent them my order number and two proofs of completed payment. Says you will receive your code within 1-3 hours but after 2 days my order still shows as "Pending." They haven't responded to any of my 3 or 4 emails. The "live chat" and social media links are all dead. Avoid this website. Unless I get my code, I'm calling it a scam. And before anyone from premium.us comes here saying I got a code or to check my spam/junk email folders, they are all empty. I got NOTHING.

**UPDATE: I posted this review at night before bed. Woke up and voila, magically my code was in my email so....i upgraded my score to 2 stars.

I tried to buy a 30 day premium pass for 1fichier but I got an error that said
"Overpayment, please contact support: support at premium.us"

So I sent an e-mail and never heard back. I will never use this service again. Good thing there are other options out there.

bought a voucher/key and the response from the company is that it is invalid / expired . Have emailed Premium.Us 3 times with no response . This company are scammers . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I've never had to wait over 8 hours for a voucher after my payment was submitted and received. I've never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes after my payment was received in the dozen times I've used other sites. I even sent an email and got no response. Seeing how they communicate with frustrated customers makes me doubt I'll ever get a response or at least what I already paid for. I just checked my order and it's still "pending".

Edit: 24 hours later I have received my voucher code and a discount code for my next purchase.

Gotta be honest - looks sketchy but worked like a charm. I wouldn't give them my credit card details but with PayPal in-between it's safe.
