Instantly responded to frantic call for help. No waiting and picked up my call within a few rings then got into a remote fix to my computers problem resolving it within 15 minutes and even then had time to carry out a full maintenance routine and return my machine to full operational efficiency.

I just spent almost 1 and a half hours with Wynn only to learn he would not fix my driver issue and was more concerned about upselling me to their full service products that I could not afford. Interestingly you are given an option to get technical support (at no charge) or you could do it yourself. What a big LIE since I got neither. Stay away from these people since them are not honest,

I paid the company to help fix my driver for my printer. At that time the person recommended that My computer should would be tested montthly. I chose the $45 per monthly fee. They charged my PayPal account $591.30. I knew the $591.30 would exceed over the limit. I immediately asked for a refund. Got your back support repeatedly ignored my e-mails. PayPal sent the amount to my checking account. This amount drained my checking account to a negative number and I had to endure more fees because of the negetive amount. I have asked 5 times to return the money. They have ignored the e-mails. I tried calling, The man on the phone said he could not help. He said to e-mail them again which was ignored. What is a person to do when they ignore me time after time?

Well, they had a learning curve, as I don't think they knew much, if anything, about my Amateur Radio Communications Software or how it worked. However, they stuck with me and finally got that problem fixed, at least for now.

All tech personnel are well knowledgeable of their PCs, systems, and complex problems that they deal with or resolve on a daily basis. I experience that on tech support, Jack, went beyond his work and time to make sure that my printer an PC are working better than I expected to. Christ, another well trained maintenance tech, worked on my PC also to make sure that my PCs are working at the speed they were built for. Chris recommended to upgrade my tech support to ensure that my PCs are continually working and to address any issues that come in and surprise me with technical nuance I am not trained or prepared to tackle. Thank yo to both of them.

I spent several hours with a technician and we weren't able to solve my printer problem. I finally asked if we could continue the next day.
The next day, Jenson continued working on my printers and in a couple of hours had them both working perfectly.

The IT assistance is great and there is prompt response and resolution from technicians it’s a great peace of mind as someone who works for themself and doesn’t have an IT department. I have found that after the monthly maintenance I am trying to get sold a product and don’t have time to consider, but I have fed this back to GotYourBack.

The Got your back support, helped me get hooked up to Wi-Fi for my HP Printer, and also went over my new lap and fixed any errors from the manufacture to help speed it up. They also helped me get my 2nd laptop up to speed, so it does not lag as much as it did.
