I haven't received my parcel
I haven't received my parcel, it was ment to be delivered today but when I spoke to ups they informed me its still in Portugal, and its been delayed by a week and the company haven't notified me and you are asking me to rate my experience

I’ve tried to reach out to you via phone and email to discuss the situation, but I haven’t been able to connect with you yet. We have been closely monitoring your shipment with UPS and, unfortunately, have encountered significant delays with deliveries to the UK. Since Brexit, transporting goods to the UK has become more challenging, with UPS only dispatching a limited number of trucks each week, which has caused delays for many of our valued customers.
I fully understand how frustrating this is, and I assure you that we are doing everything possible to resolve the situation. I regret that we didn’t inform you of the delay sooner, as we’ve been in continuous discussions with UPS to expedite the process.
