The Premier team at the Warner Center Towers location is beyond amazing. Brittney, Lila, and Joseph are remarkably professional and friendly. Brittney is an outstanding manager who goes above and beyond to help the clients. Lila and Joseph are quick and attentive to accommodate you and always give you a warm welcome at the front desk. It almost feels like you become part of a family here, not just another client. They truly make coming to work a sincere pleasure!
I would recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a friendly and professional environment for their business.

I would recommend this company
I am a new tenant of 5 weeks. So far everything is great. The staff is very courteous and helpful beyond my expectations. I have a 12 months lease. My only concern is if they raise the rent unreasonably upon lease renewal.

Great Staff and Location
First of all, the staff is truly amazing. The team at the Woodland Hills location is comprised of the most amazing, honest, genuine and caring staff. they truly care about their tenants. They attend to any issue swiftly and professionally. Second, The building is always kept clean and secure which is very important to me. The location is walking distance to everything, Restaurants, Post Office, Mall, Gym, name it, its a block away. As a business owner, I value the Services PBC offers. PBC, You have a tenant for life. And fellow business owners looking for office space, do not look any further, give them a call and you will not be disappointed.

Love the Team !
Love the Team !! Juliette is awesome and made me feel so welcomed when i first came. The girls at the front desk along with one gentlemen are very attentive and have great sense of customer service. I love coming to my office and the clients love it as well.
Everyone on the floor are nice.
So happy i made a move to this property.
I would recommend this company to anyone.
