The office is in a great location, and the offices are well maintained. I have two offices here now and plan to grow-with the office manager Sarah, and the staff members, Carolina, and Marcos. They have been very helpful and prompt about getting things done in a timely manner. I can’t appreciate them enough. Thank you for a great staff. The only concern I have is the data telephone system, it’s so outdated. I would appreciate a better phone line system.

I rented out office space and 2 months before moving in, I informed management that I would not be able to do so. They are holding me captive in the contract and making me pay every month that I am not using that office space. Very unreasonable and non-negotiable management style. I strongly recommend that you do not rent office space in this building.
