nickle and dimming company
reception is average, often rude, and although mostly friendly, not very professional. premier apparently doesn't pay nearly enough to attract better candidates. except for the office manager, the receptionists don't dress professionally and some have little phone manners and can be rude. the policies are set to nickel and dime clients so it doesn't inspire cooperation. security is ok, and premises are clean and look pretty good. for growing businesses its a very limited option.

Quick and easy
My experience with PBC has been great. We sub-let our space and had two weeks to get out. PBC was accommodating in every way and met if not exceeded every expectation they set. The staff is awesome and I know that for us we made the right decision moving our office here. I highly recommend PBC!
