I had four shirts framed using the gold service. The service was extraordinary - the communication was prompt and clear - confirming receipt of the shirts, sharing mock ups of the design, agreeing despatch dates. The quality of the framing is exceptional and I've never received a parcel that has been so well packaged. I will use again and strongly recommend.

Possibly the best customer service I've ever had! I reached out to Premier Shirt Framing to frame a very special signed match-worn football shirt. I was anxious about posting it to them as couriers can be notoriously unreliable but Matt was really reassuring and friendly which I really appreciated.

I picked the Gold package with a few upgrades (museum quality acrylic and a plaque). Matt was super communicative giving plenty of colour and plaque options for me to choose from.

The shirt looks absolutely fantastic, amazing quality framing. It was packaged incredibly well & delivered safely on a premium service.

I was anxious about sending my rare shirt off to be framed but I needn't have been.

Matt was excellent. He was kind and patient all throughout the design stage and mocked up any ideas I had as soon as I communicated them to him.

The final item was made efficiently and professionally. It was extremely well packaged and very secure. The turnaround time was very low, especially considering it was completely custom made.

I can't thank Matt enough for the job he did on my shirt. I'm convinced it's the best commemorative item I'll ever own.

I don't tend to leave reviews for many things unless I've had an exceptional experience one way or another. This company was exceptional. If you're in need of a framing service, these are the people to use.

I sent Matt a rugby shirt for framing under his ‘gold’ level service. I didn’t really have a firm design in mind, so we spent some weeks sending back and forth some design mocks of my shirt with differing colours and layouts. Nothing was too much trouble and no pressure was applied from Matt to hurry up! Once agreed, the frame was quickly dispatched. It was amazingly well packaged up, but unfortunately did still manage to sustain some damage in transit. When reported, Matt immediately arranged for it to be picked up and offered to re-frame the shirt. Luckily, the second attempt arrived perfect and I’m over the moon with the quality of the framing and result. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Matt was so helpful from start to finish. I explained that I was hoping to have it finished within 2 weeks and it wasn’t a problem. He sent me some previous examples of framed shirts with similar colours and showed me different options for colour choices on the frame. He was so quick at turning it around and I couldn’t be happier with the finished result it looks amazing!! And the frame arrived perfectly safe and really well packaged.

Wow what a service, the end product was better than I could have imagined. The quality of presentation shows off the the team kit and medal brilliantly and a subtle but stylish way. It now sits in pride of place in our hallway. I was nervous about sending a very treasured possessions away but shouldn't have worried, everything was safe and well looked after and I had constant communication from Matt at every stage of the process. It is also incredibly reassuring to know the delivery is in house. Yes I will be using Premier Shirt Framing again.

Very professional, friendly service, Matt kept me informed throughout the process. He took my rough design and turned it into a masterpiece. It looks absolutely brilliant on the wall. The packaging was superb, not even the roughest courier could have caused any damage and my shirt was delivered as per the delivery schedule given at the start of the process. I challenge anyone to better the quality these guys produce.
