Concerned about fraud as no answer

I hope I can increase my rating, but after this company took my money (now 15 days ago), I have heard nothing about delivery of my order. I am totally unable to contact them. Sent a few emails over a few days: No response; Called their number: get voicemail and no response; Sent a 'chat' on their website: no response.
I am therefore not sure whether this company may now be out of business (i.e. performing fraudulent transactions) or not. Their automated phone service still answers, but you cannot ever speak to anyone.
