Warning do not use. A consistent scam with parking fees.

I received a fine after going over by 20 minutes on a four hour ticket after being stuck assisting some children on the water. The first that I knew of it was a 'Second letter' advising me that because I hadn't answered the first letter, the fine had gone up from £40 to £100. I had heard of this scam where they actually don't send the first letter out but have a copy on file and just send the second letter so that the first thing you know is that you have £100 fine. I wrote two letters to the company sent by recorded delivery advising that I hadn't had the first letter and explaining the extenuating circumstances leading to my overstay. I have since found out that they do not answer letters and the next thing I knew was that my fine had been bumped to £170.00 and debt collectors had been appointed. I made contact and had no choice but to pay, as my next fine to be imposed in a few days was going to be £340.00. I was advised that Premier Parking will not answer letters because they can just keep bumping the fine up by not answering the letters and that it is not in their interests for you to settle early or to do anything that expedites your enquires, so that you than pay the increasing level of fines. The payment that they receive from an overstay is 60 times the level of the ticket that you have paid for. The guy who I spoke to told me that they make more money out of doing this than they do from parking fees. I will avoid any Premier Parking sites in the future but if you do get a fine and write in, just be aware that they have no intention of answering you, hoping that the fine leaps up several levels while you wait for your reply.

Unscrupulous

Parked in a disabled bay bonnet first. In a major shopping area. The Blue Badge was clearly displayed on the dashboard. The parking charge notice showed 2 photos of the rear of the vehicle only, claiming that no disabled badge was on show. They hadn't even bothered to check the front dashboard. My appeal to them was denied. I have now appealed to Popla. This company is a disgrace and their unscrupulous methods of generating revenue is nothing short of open exploitation.

No courtesy for disabled people

0*

I parked at a shopping centre with premier park, my family member is disabled and we needed extra time for shopping. We went over the time limit. I tried to appeal the decision of £100 fine (£60 if payed in so many days… how generous) and they denied it.

I will never park with them again.

Disgusting.

Absolutely disgusting corporate…

Absolutely disgusting corporate behaviour. Paid for a ticket more than covering parking period but didn't notice incorrect capture of registration number. Accept that it technically contravenes T&Cs but still quite clearly identifiable as my car. If user error, an honest one. Received a PCN and appealed to POPLA submitting photo evidence of ticket. POPLA declined appeal and these shameless cowboys called in the original £100 penalty. Not worthy of even a single star.

PCN Altered

I received a PCN from Premier Parking Ltd for a 'contravention' on 18/12/24 at an Asda car park in Charlton SE7, 06:26.
Time and date stamped with photo evidence but no contravention given. Definitely my car, showing it across a bay, but with my reverse lights on. Yes i was still in the car. Only problem was that I was on the bus to work at that time. I gave this information to their associate on the number supplied, and refused to pay. This was passed on to a debt collector, but with a new date
(15/12/24),
contravention of overstaying permitted time limit, but no time or photo evidence supplied. Now they have passed it on to another debt collector. I am in the process of offering Parking Premier Ltd the opportunity to revoke the PCN within 30 days or I will be seeking legal action. Now, on to trading standards.

Shocking daylight robbery

Shocking daylight robbery . I took my mum to the range in Stevenage and to KFC . She’s old slow mobility . The range is a big store to look all around . We bought lots then ate after at KFC . Thought we had enjoyed it . But then Premier park fined me £60 it came through the post . I looked online they have done this to a lot of customers for staying over 90 mins by a tiny bit . They are catching people out knowing 90 mins is not long enough to visit all shops in that leisure park . I’ve paid it but feel rotton . We won’t go there ever again . They are making the shops lose business as everyone is taking it as a lesson not to go back . Absolute daylight robbery . It’s best to stay in and order online off Amazon , that way you can’t get fined . So much for supporting your local shops ay !!!

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers. Failed to issue the parking permit I was entitled to, started sending demands through the post, wasted hours of my time on the phone with them and the legal firms they use to make threats, sending dozens of illegitimate demands every month. They have my tenancy agreement and the chain of emails from my landlady requesting a parking permit and they're still trying to threaten me with legal action and more costs. Total joke of a company.

Traveling on the Lincoln by- pass I had…

Traveling on the Lincoln by- pass I had an emergency as a 80yr old to go to the toilets, I have Chronic Kidney Disease and Prostrate problems, went in what I though was a normal service area. Did not see any signs,Came out very quick. Then received a fine for parking for 11 minutes. Appealed but refused it seems the appeal tribunal is made up of other parking companies. To day received a threat of a Debt collector (who has no authority).. So now I’m looking forward to my day in court, where I shall call them out as unscrupulous thieves, So please do not give into them.
P.s it’s put my blood pressure up by 45% but I’d rather die than succumb to these bullies.

Absolute disgrace of a business

Absolute disgrace of a business, received fine for parking in carpark in swindon used signage shown paid for parking app displayed. Recieved a fine appealed with proof of payment .. with no repose for months .. no contact details no email no appeals status offered. Then received next stage letter threatening further action. my guess is they presure people through making communication impossoble to frighten people to pay fines … shame on any authority that allows this practice ..
