First pram purchased for my baby boy due in august, outstanding service and nothing was every a hassle or a bother for asking. Showed round majority of the prams and picked out my dream pram that I had in mind all along. Thankyou for making my visit and purchase stress free.

After using the Internet and ending up thoroughly confused on the amount of prams and different options available we decided to go and see some at the pram centre where we met Stacey, who without, we would still be looking and just as confused! Stacey listened to what we were looking for and took us to a couple of options and the more we narrowed down what we wanted the more she could guide us and ultimately found us our perfect pram for our little one! We could not be happier and are very excited to go back and pick more essentials with the help of the amazing staff at Glasgow pram Centre!

The best place to go for KIDS and the key differentiator is the staff. We were served by Stacey who was absolutely stunning. She was very friendly and tried her best to help us choose the best stroller for our new born kid. Thanks again Stacey and Pramcentre.

We went in to buy a pram and car seat for our first baby - a very exciting time for us as parents-to-be but even more so for the expectant grandparents who came along with us!

The staff could not have been more helpful, especially Eilidh who answered all of our questions, however silly. We were able to test out lots of prams and got some suggestions of what would be best for what we were looking for. We're indecisive so needed a lot of help (and spent several hours there) but the staff were so patient.

We were really pleased with our purchase but it was also such a lovely pre-baby experience for us as a family.

Two visits here within a week, the first one was great. Staff member I spoke with was polite, friendly and helpful. She was fairly new. The second visit, upon entering she made a comment about my appearance that was unnecessary and when asking for advice on car seats to use with a pram I already have she stated numerous times how my pram was “an old pram” and “such an old pram”. She made me feel embarrassed that I wasn’t spending £1k on a brand new pram which was completely out of order. I have since gone to another pram store to purchase my car seat and I won’t be back in this store.

Hadn’t been to the pram centre before, it’s our first baby we’re expecting. Had been to John Lewis’ baby department the week before, they had more swatch books than products on display so was very pleasantly surprised to see such an extensive range of stock at the pram centre, prams, car seats and pretty much everything we were there to look at and buy.

Girl who served us was super knowledgeable and knew the benefits of all the products and showed us a few of the functions on the prams and car seats, really helpful and informative.

Ordered everything we wanted and felt confident after discussing the products that they were right for us and our lifestyle, it wasn’t just a sales-led, hard push like at John Lewis.

Highly recommend.

I’ve visited pram centre a few times and can’t recommend enough, the staff are always so helpful and friendly every time. I initially went to buy just a pram but was amazed at all of the different things they sell, I loved the cots, after buying the pram I went back and bought a cot and bedding set, will definitely be visiting again :) 5/5

Yvonne was excellent.

We are expecting baby number two. This is a very different experience for us for many reasons. We were unsure of what things we may need this time around that we didn’t need with our first. Having a toddler and a newborn will be different to how we started out with our little girl.

Yvonne took lots of time with us to let us explore options, gave good advice and eventually showed us a product that we didn’t even know existed that is going to do two of the things that we feel we need this time that we didn’t have for our first.

Thank goodness for this shop where it is possible to see, feel, touch, try. Online shopping for a baby is not the way to go. Hopefully the shop will be around for many years to come.

We visited pram centre to try find a travel system for our expected arrival. We met Julie shortly after arriving. Julie was very efficient in discussing what we were looking for. We discussed a short list of options and tried out the recommendations and worked out what car seat and pram we preferred. Julie followed up with us later in the trip to ensure we had all the correct info and pricing we needed. Following a short period of discussion we agreed to but the Silvercross Reef travel system. Julie was instrumental in guiding us as a couple with no pram experience into fully understanding what our options were. A great experience and would recommend to to other parents. Many thanks.

I used the car seat fitting service and got 2 new car seats fitted yesterday for my 3 year old and 1 year old. I’m so pleased! Sandra did a great job providing me with different options for what I was looking for. She fitted different car seats in my car so I could see which one was the best fit in my car and best for my children.
I can’t recommend enough. Great service!

Me & my husband headed out to buy our first ever pram, feeling very unsure and out of our depth on what we were even looking for. We had heard good things about the pram centre so that was our first stop in the search. We wandered around for a while which I think was the best approach not to be bombarded as soon as we walked into the shop, after a while a sales assistant approached us and talked us through one of the prams we had shown an interest in, she was very knowledgeable and gave both the benefits and differences in this make to others, suggesting prams that were also similar for us to have a look/go at. Nothing was ever pushed on to us, any questions we had were answered easily and after making our pram purchase it was also suggested to keep an eye on their instagram for upcoming car seat deals which we ended up making a saving on. Really great experience from start to finish on what can sometimes be a very daunting day.

My husband and I first went to the pram centre a few weeks ago to look at the different styles of prams they had on offer. As first time parents we didn't know where to begin.

Eilidh gave us a demonstration of the iCandy and Silver Cross prams and explained the pros and cons of each. This really helped us in making our final decision and yesterday we returned to order the iCandy pram and a compatable Cybex car seat as well.

It just so happened that Eilidh was there to take our order when we arrived. It was just meant to be.

With such a large selection of nursery furniture and items for baby we will definitely be back soon.

I attended the baby show and first met the lovely Erin from the pram centre there. We returned the following weekend to visit the centre and we were delighted to be assisted by Erin again! She made an overwhelming experiencing enjoyable and was so informative. We were struggling to choose between two prams and she went through both and really listened to our needs. We felt so positive about the experience that we then decided to purchase our nursery furniture too. Thank goodness Erin was able to guide us with mattress choice as well!
