The middle zipper is extremely hard to zip up

Unfortunately, I can't say I'm satisfied with this company. I ordered and payed a pragmastyle bag on March, 8th and still didn't receive it.
Starting from March 19th, I already wrote 4 e-mails asking to let me know when it would be delivered.
They said the shipping company delivered the bag on March, 20th at 12.41, but this is impossible since no one was at home at this time.
Furthermore, they were not able to prove who signed the delivering receipt, so after 20 days I'm still waiting for the bag I purchased on March, 8th.
I'm wondering whether this may be a case of bad customer management, a misconduct of the shipping company or a case of fraud. We will see...

Great service. Quick delivery. Well packed

The bag took quite a while a while to arrive. It did not have the colour interior that I ordered. I like the multiple ways with which it can be used but this is negated by the fact that when full the zip in the main part is extremly difficult to close. It requires another piece of cloth to make the top the same width as the bottom and a tag on the end of the zip.

Bag arrived a little damaged, but with great customer service, quick replies, great solution and fast replacement I now fully get to enjoy the back and it is amazing!

I've been receiving the bag advertisement on my social media for a while, after googling for a handy travel bag. After not finding anything better that is practical yet stylish and reading mostly positive reviews, I decided to order it. Although I haven't used it for travel yet, I'm very happy with the purchase. The bag looks exactly as shown on the website and seems to be of very good quality. The only minor add-on that would be practical would be an outer zipped pocket for the phone or passport for quick access. Thank you to a trustworthy company that handled my order very swiftly to arrive in Malaysia.

I love the bag, but took à while to receive it. (1 month) .I would like to be advise in advance of that fact instead of wondering if i got scamed.

Absolutely love my Converta Bag! It's well made, has lots of inside pockets and fits well over my suitcase handle - so perfect for travel. If you're looking for a good travel bag, I'd definitely recommend this one.

Love the converta bag! No more clear pencil/ makeup zipper bag in my work bag just trying to organize I can just put them all assigned slots. Thinking to get more for personal use and gifts for family and friends.

I like the bag, it's big, useful and very nice. Unfortunately, the bag arrived a little bit damaged (one belt fastener was missing) and I had to fix it. As I had been waiting for a long time for my bag (it took 3 weeks to arrive) I didn't want to return the bag. Anyway, it shouldn't arrive damaged...

I love the concept of the Converta bag, but the inside liner material needs some work. The exterior is durable, but the inner lining quickly snagged and started to tear.

The first bag I received had an obvious dirty black mark on it so I was really disappointed after waiting for it to arrive to the UK. I took photos and emailed them. While I was happy I was offered a new bag at no expense to me, I was told I'd receive tracking info but I had to chase that, when I checked tracking almost a week later , it said it had been misrouted which was disappointing again as it sounded like it was lost. I contacted them again and received another email to say it has been delivered and it had (I was away at that point). Overall I like the bag, although yet to use it, but customer service could be improved and I didn't get an apology. The whole thing made the buying experience stressful.

The order process and delivery was spot on and the practicality of the bag works very well however the bag is not as attractive as it looks in the images. Even though I chose the grey I actually don't like it in reality. The standard of the stitching is not what I expected either and the bag is very soft so when I put my items inside, the bag sags and flops.

The costumer service is kind but with no real answer as to why my order is almost 2weeks is in Germany

I felt like there return policy is misleading. It is written in an unclear way and felt deceiving. I would have like to return my back as I disliked the design but after clarification from the company, it would have cost me $19 to return it. I paid $46 for the bag, so I just kept it, unhappy with my purchase.

Never recieved the bag or had any communication when I tried to reach out. Scam
