I want to cancel the maintenance contract on my stairlift as it is too expensive. I explained this to Practicomfort the last time they called. I have been plagued with phone call after phone call to come and carry out a service as well as receiving letters and I have at last relented just to stop the phone calls. How do I cancel my contract please?? I have written to you and informed the engineer.
PractiComfort make true what they promise, reliable mobility, good explanation, trustworthy communication and prompt service. I would recommend this company to 277227all less mobile people that needs help in getting scoot-mobility.

Sadly this company happens to operate in a market where there’s always a risk for their customers that they buy a product, and can’t even use it before they pass away. Unfortunately my grandpa bought a scootmobile just 3 months ago and never used it. The company doesn’t seem te offer any kind of service of taking it back, they could probably sell it as a new one, or sell it 2nd hand to any person who doesn’t have this much money to spend.

We indeed do not have a buyback policy with our electric scooters. This knowledge has been provided when customers buy a product like this. We are very sorry you feel that we do not provide a solution in a situation like the one you are having.
There are solutions for our customers in the private sector to sell their electric scooter like Marktplaats, Plus Magazine, Facebook etc.
