I own several cables made by Chris including the ones in my homemade loom. Anything you ask for is no trouble and you're kept updated throughout the process, any problems are immediately addressed ie stock delay etc personally I've never had a delay as Chris has the knowledge to find a way round most problems & have received my cables at most within a couple of days. A small family run business that definitely deserves supporting,quality materials,fantastic workmanship & customer service that far excels

I’ve bought a few things from Practical Patch now, and have been over the moon with every single transaction. It’s not very often that you find a company that you like so much, that you stop looking for alternatives. Customer service is outstanding, I regularly find myself chatting away via social media with Practical Patch just for the fun of it! Bought some cables, made a pal!
You feel less like “just another customer” and more like you are joining the family. Plus the products, my god they are good. A genuine instance of a great business with an excellent range of products, made by a top fella, offering legit boutique products at competitive prices.

I needed a quite cable that won't tie itself in knots. I made contact with Chris to whip something up and he did it in no time and posted it out to me. Historically, I have used whatever cables I've had to hand but I honestly can't see myself going back to that approach! The cable I got from Chris not only sounds great but has clearly been built to last. I have absolute faith in these cables for home recording and gigging!

What a great service and excellent cables. I am completely satisfied and tell all my cable seeking friends to start with Practical Patch. The price to quality ratio cannot be beaten. The colour choices are wild from a classic elegant black to a 'I won't do what you tell me', pink over orange and all the stuff in-between.

I got a Slime Green Custom cable from Practical Patch. After using cheap cables for years, I couldn't believe the difference in sound quality from this cable. Chris is a great guy who knows his stuff. Would highly recommend.

Top products service and delivery. I have been a customer of practical patch for some time now. Cables are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble. I also recently had a full board wired up by chris. Great job and the finished result was stunning.

He is the Ben Nevis of Cable makers combined with an Agony Aunt of Electronics. Rumour has it that he even sorted out a rats nest of guitar wiring that no one else would go near.

Excellent products and excellent service. Chris is quick to reply and was helpful and honest with all options - of which there are many! Clearly know his stuff and his workmanship is a very high standard. Best cables I've used by far so won't be shopping anywhere else. Easy 5 stars can't recommend enough!
