I ordered some Rubber Cleaner and it took nearly 4 weeks to reach me & when it did, the top had come off and was empty- I tried calling and sent emails with no response at all. No one ever answers phone or replies to emails…….I would avoid this company and order elsewhere. If I could leave no stars, I would. Unacceptable.
Last year I ordered shirts specifically for my county. This was a pretty large order and the delivery was as per the agreed timescale. This year I placed an order for my club which was large and again received these just within the timescales. I was asked if I needed to order more shirts, which I said I did and place an order for 6 more shirts and paid for them on 4th September. Since then I have been chasing the owner to find out when the deliver will be made. All I get are excuses. 5th October "shirts expected this week". 11 October no updates on dleivery. 11 October was told that the factory produced an error. 16th October, waiting customer clearence. Finally giving up I have asked for a refund. I'm not expecting that refund quickly - was just told will be on Friday. Today is Friday, why the delay?
