The company worked with PPL Labs for roughly 5 months for Google Ad works in order to up our website inquiries/potential jobs. After some tweaks to the keyword searches, we had great success with an increase to our work opportunities.

We met the PPL group a couple of years ago. We had a great first meeting and happened to be in Boston and met the team in person. Nothing like meeting in person to give you a real feel of who you are working with. They are very trustworthy. And, very organized. Their follow up is fantastic. And, they work on everything from website, SEO, blog posts, integrating a chat, etc... Highly recommend the entire team and special thanks to the team that I've worked with (Jake, Miles and Kyle)!!!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with him on various website-related updates and tasks, and he’s been consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I wish I could give PPL Labs a negative 5 stars! I am an over 65 year old lady who started a small business less than 2 years ago. We signed a contract with them for 6 months to get "leads" but had to pay our own Facebook ads and another service that provided the connection from potential client to our business. I'm not sure that PPL did that much but my partner wanted to keep using them past our contract, $1,295/mo! We informed them Jan '25 to halt their service, which they did, but they kept charging us the same huge fee for 4 mos and would not work with us. Account manager, Jake, told us in April that "website management" would be costing us $895/mo, to simply change our calendar once a month! We thought our agreed upon charge, per our contract, was already expensive at $200/mo. But then they still charged us $1295 in April, anyway. Fortunately, these charges were on my personal credit card and my dispute worked. I just received my money back, with interest! Kudos to Fifth Third Bank! But now, to punish us, they have locked up our website, refusing to turn it back over to us even though we own the domain and all they did to "create" a new website was use a few templates. We were ready for them to shut it down but they have used their "skills" to keep us from using it. This is very much harming our business. My lawyer thinks they have committed financial exploitation of the elderly.

PPL Labs is the best thing that has ever happened to our company. Jake and Abby are great. Our leads continue to pour in thanks to their work. I would definitely suggest using their service!

PPL Labs is a winning digital marketing team. I truly value my weekly Google Meet sessions with Sarah and Carmela, two incredibly personable and creative digital marketing professionals. These meetings provide a fantastic forum for discussing, planning, and refining our digital marketing strategy.

PPL labs, business models is this: a fix price per month make it seem affordable but it turns out way expensive in the long run. We used them for a year and spend about $15k in subscriptions fee but the results were have probably worth $500 effort. If you don’t understand how marketing work like myself you can be easier wheel into this business model. After have a bad experience with PPL labs I learn about SEO and many other marketing strategies to gain a deeper understanding and disappointed that many things PPL labs promised they did not delivered. The bottom line people I suggest that you did your research and understand what marketing about before you engage any company.
