This little app has been a great asset…

This little app has been a great asset to have on our website. We have been using it for years and add a PDF file every every week for announcements on our site. I have not found any other plug-in that will work with the site like this one does. I've only had minor trouble over the years of use, and found the Help live chat to be excellent at taking care of it. I highly recommend this app!

The support team has been phenomenal

The support team has been phenomenal. We faced some issues with the payment and they were kind enough to resolve and respond within seconds. Especially Irina, she's a gem to be so helpful whenever a help is needed

Real People - Really Helpful

Firstly… it is rare to contact “support” anywhere and get a “real” person.👍🏽
Then, to get a real person at 01:00am makes it even more praiseworthy.
The response was quick, to the point and demonstrated knowledge of the situation being queried … and friendly… all pluses!
