I made and order on 9th of December

I made and order on 9th of December. Now it 12 of January still haven't received the items. I tried to call them several times no answer, left voicemails no response. Wrote emails , no answers. Very bad customer service.

Very slow delivery

Whilst I am sure that the product will live up to my expectations, I can't be sure as it still hasn't arrived.
I paid £8.95 for what was standard delivery on the 2nd January and it is now the 12th January,
I would have expected delivery by now!!!

Terrible company

Terrible company. Really, really shocking. Order at your own risk!

Web site is a work of fiction! Ordered some items last Wednesday which showed as "in stock" and available for delivery by Friday. Ordered the items and paid what was, in my opinion, over the top for express delivery.

After the initial "thank you for your order" type emails I heard nothing - despite one of the initial emails saying I would receive a further email once the items were despatched. Nothing arrived. By Friday (the day I was expecting delivery) I had still heard nothing so attempted to contact them ...

Customer service is non existent! I'd be willing to put a fair amount of money on the fact that there is no telephone plugged into the provided customer support contact number (I've tried over 10 times at different times of day and it always just rings out). Emails to customer support are responded to with automated replies.

To make matters worse, the same items are still showing this morning (Monday) on their web site as "in stock" and available for delivery in two days (Wednesday).

I have now emailed them again cancelling my order. Let's see what happens. Willing to upgrade this review for a speedy refund and (real, human) contact confirming that the order has been cancelled as requested.

Edit: Perhaps prompted by this review, I have now had two emails from them! The first informs me that "There has been a slight delay with our supplier, and we are currently still awaiting the arrival of the goods", which kind of proves the point about the web site being a complete work of fiction, since the same items are listed this morning as in stock!

The second email has, thankfully, confirmed my cancellation of the order and request for a refund. Hopefully it will arrive in "a few working days" as promised.

Edit: Upgraded to 2 starts as confirmation of PayPal refund just received. Thankful for a quick refund. However, I still have issues with the false information on the web site and the fact it seemed to take writing this review to get a response from their customer service team.

Low cost but damaged goods on receipt

The price and discounts were excellent but delivery was slow and the carrier changed the delivery date several times.

The drill arrived damaged making it unusable. How this problem is resolved remains to be seen.

ThOught it was a SCAM

Ordered 31st Jan. No communications to indicate dispatch for a week. No reply to emails for days. Terrible service, thought it was a SCAM for a while. Wont order from these muppets again.

Very disappointed with the courier

Very disappointed with the courier, DX.

Waited all day with no delivery and yet courier messaged stating couldn't deliver which obviously not true.
Courier did the same thing the next day (which is today) so now waiting for delivery tomorrow
