Found items easily on the website, price was good. Ordered and had a conformation. I could not see when i was receiving delivery and had to e-mail to try and find out. Reply was "we are busy". Screws did arrive 4 days later from ordering. They were well packaged and as described.

The parcel didn't dispatch for a long time, the tracking number doesn't reference an actual courier service to track it with, and they haven't replied to my email. I still haven't received the order despite paying £15 for courier (1.2m parcel). I've had to push back the countertop fitters due to the delay and as far as I'm aware I've just been straight up scammed.

After placing my order and paying for express delivery, I had to chase the company after a week of no communication. No surprise that after I queried where my order was it was magically dispatched the next day.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Looked for this combination from a single supplier without success, but Power Tools had it at a good price and delivery.

The courier had problems with another parcel leaking on to my parcel but everything inside the box was perfect, thank you for taking the time to package it well

I have not even received my order yet was ment to be delivered on the 4th and I'm still waiting. Contacted both companies delivery and power tools direct not heard anything thing .

Hidden package cost. Made it the most expensive place to buy the product from.

Found product via Google search, easy to place the order, very reasonable price, arrived promptly via Royal Mail, product exactly as described. I am very pleased with the service.

My plastering Darby was fully exposed when delivered been so poorly packed

And my float was hanging out the packaging also , very poorly packed !

Excellent experience! I found exactly the specific measuring tools I needed thanks to their comprehensive inventory. The ordering process was easy, and the items arrived very quickly. What also stood out was the careful, thoughtful packaging. A new go-to for tools and highly recommended. Now a permanent, in my browser favorites list.

Quick informed delivery. Product I bought was well priced in comparison to others. Have bought other things from them before and always been a good experience(Price and Delivery).

We are still waiting to receive our order even though it was scheduled for delivery on Thursday 27/11/2025. I waited in all day nothing came and we had no correspondence telling us it was delayed.
Very poor.

Price was good, but when I ordered, I was told expected delivery would be the following Wednesday. I needed the product Thursday, so to be sure, I opted to pay extra for express delivery. Days went by, I expected it at least by Tuesday, so end of that day I sent an email asking where it was, and Wednesday received notification that it had just been dispatched. Not good enough. I gained nothing by paying extra, and who knows when it would have been dispatched if I hadn’t chased it. Luckily it was delivered as my workman arrived on Thursday afternoon, but it shouldn’t be so stressful.

When companies write to me without reference to the item/s concerned I find it often hard to remember what I ordered and when and what arrived and from whom. Such companies have my information tied to the product or service but assume ina n ethno-centric way since they are the important thing here, that I should remember.We,, I am assuming it was three Stanley knives and if so ` 5 star service and product. But nevertheless your request SHOULD incorporate what the hell you are talking about. It is not just you everybody shows this ethnocentric arrogance! To top that I get asked to look into my email account to get a reference number. Do you understand these are hoops you are creating for me to jump through and as from today I am going to stop doing that for the reasons herein stated.

I placed an order with Power Tools Direct on 8/11/2025. After receiving confirmation that it would be delivered by express delivery, it did not arrive until 26/11/2025.
There was no communication from them; I had to contact them to find out what was happening. I won't be using Power Tools Direct in the future.
