We recently purchased the self propelled lawnmower for my son. We are located in the south where grass grows by the day..(fast). Well our belt cover broke, we bought one but it was the wrong cover. I called customer support and they help me get the the one we needed and he is back cutting the yard.
As for the lawnmower it is very durable and strong. I have even walked behind it, it is self propelled so it really did the work I just guided it.. I really like it.. 😊

DO NOT BUY THIS MOWER.
I bought a 22'' 200cc Gas Self-propelled Lawn Mower PSM2022 for $369.99 in June 2023. Within 5 min of using it on low height grass, the side discharge chute broke off. This 'part' is not replaceable -- it's machined on the frame. Instructions even confirm that. I tried to call the company 10 times then and 2 times just now (June 19 2025) for another problem because I can't afford to buy another mower at this time. My neighbor helped me make the mower usable last time by taping the chute and using a clothes hanger to keep the mower going. This problem requires a new started assembly and parts are ONLY available from PowerSmart, according to the company I tried to get fix it. Each time I've called PowerSmart, however, then and now, I'm disconnected. I followed all requirements for requesting a place to take the mower for repair since the part/s are machined on. Each time, I either received no answer or was sent a part that is NOT the one needed. I tried to get info to replace the machine from company and was never answered about that request either. I ended up reported the company to the Better Business Bureau and they agreed with my claim. PowerSmart never even followed through with a call back to them either. BBB posted my complaint. This company is a scam -- they've taken my money and left me empty handed and angry.

Battery Powered Yard Tools

We sent a review in on the Powersmart 170cc mower on May 30,2025 listing the multitude of problems we have had with this product and that there has been no effort by their customer service group to rectify any of the problems or to even try to help us out with any of the problems. Unfortunately today another of the mowers wheels fell off as they are only very weak plastic. We have "Jerry Rigged" this two year old mower to keep it going by buying after market parts and making those work. We notice in our area that there are four identical mowers on "Facebook Market Place" trying to sell them as the product has many issues with quality. Good luck in even trying to get in touch with customer service -- Long wait times on the phone.
Be very wary if considering this mower.

Best little blower on the block.....
I love my Powersmart Leaf Blower. It is just the right size for me to handle easily and it does a great job. The charge lasts long enough for me to clean up my front walk every day. It does not take long to charge either. A good buy for the money, including the blower, the charger, and a battery.
I highly recommend this unit for quick and easy clean-ups!

Well, first off let me say that I was interested in getting a replacement battery for my leaf blower but the $30 price was a bit too high for my budget so I contacted the customer service dept. and they suggested I leave a positive feedback review for a $20 discount on any purchases through their website. Of course, I was motivated to do so since this will offset the cost of the battery I need for my blower.
Thank you customer service dept. for such great suggestion, for fast communication and for helping me get the product needed at a more affordable price and for backing up your products through excellent customer service options. Keep up the good work guys.
