If you have any questions, please contact to us in email. We’re trying to reconstruct our Telephone Service. Each equipment does come with the manufacture warranty and there're the details on the instruction manual. We're glad to provide the free replacement parts, exchange or service center for our customers, if it's under warranty.

wrong oil

i purchased a pressurewasher and was told by the company to put the wrong oil in. after it lost pressure i was told that they would not replace it due to the fact it was over 30 days, it sat in a box for the first month so i could find the right oil. when the company told me what kind i thought i was good to go, until the engine and pump overheated due to it having the wrong oil. its clear that the people working there do not have any knowledge of the products they sell because if they did i would not have been told to put the wrong oil in this machine.

Truly the BEST Customer Service!

My experience with Customer Service has been absolutely excellent! They have been immediately responsive in replying to emails, and very personable and helpful in getting me sorted out with orders, returns, alternatives, etc. If only the Power Smart mower was half as good😔

Fast shipping and great customer service

Very fast shipping, user friendly website, and customer service has been top notch with immediate response to emails. The Poweramart 3-1 push mower I have has been a great mower. Will definitely consider their products in the future.

I purchased a PowerSmart 40volt brush…

I purchased a PowerSmart 40volt brush cutter. Only works for one minute and needs to charge again. ZERO help from PowerSmart warrantee due to my receipt is a Lowes order confirmation and it prints on 2 pages instead of one. Pictures of unit with ss number tag and Lowes receipt are not acceptable.

Don't waist time and a lot of money on anything power dumb
