Fast reliable delivery

Already bought a couple of these previously so knew we would be happy with the product. Very prompt delivery, which suited our needs.

Ordered an alarm & battery, which arrived on time. Didn't actually require alarm, so returned with prompt refund. Good service at a good price.

Easy to use website. Very competitive prices. Items ordered around 11am were delivered the next day and well packaged. What more could you ask for?

Avoid this company. Item sold not as described on their web site. Refund was offered (Return at my expense) however the problem (lack of range on the sensor) was discovered after unit was fitted so I wrote and asked for supply of another sensor or partial refund.
I got no reply.

Fast service, well described item , quality item

First time I've ever used Powersaver and I can't say it'll be my last because the experience was decent overall. However, even in desperate need in the future, as I was on this occasion, I'll never pay extra for next working day delievery.

Needed batteries for an wireless, outside siren box because we were getting loud-beep warning sounds driving us mad in the house and we had an alarm company to fit them that was due to close soon for Christmas. Therefore, we paid the extra for fast delievery. I assumed - or thought I read on Powersaver's website - that paying extra would mean that the item would be delievered by a private courier but when I got the order confirmation email, it stated Royal Mail at the bottom. Ordered on a Saturday; was hoping for Monday delivery but expected Tuesday in reality. Arrived Wednesday afternoon; too late for my alarm company to fit them.

Contacted Powersaver by email on the Wednesday and asked for a refund of extra delivery. They got back to me straight away, which was good, but explained that they had requested 24-hour delievery and that I needed to take it up with Royal Mail. That was that.

In summary: Easy to navigate website to order; easy and secure payment system, correct product arrived and packaged very well, good/fast replies to enquiries but felt I'd wasted money paying extra for fast delievery.

Only reason I have given it 4 stars not 5 is because the items I ordered arrived promptly but with one item missing. The upside was that it was supplied by return of post immediately with no quibble, "Great stuff!!!".

Good company to deal with, good price and fast dispatch

Your service is always 5 star but your web site needs a slight alteration regarding the "collect from Brighouse" option.After my purchase I got an email saying my goods were being dispatched so I had to quickly ring to make sure my order would actualy be there when I called to collect.A system like Screwfix or Toolstation confirming payment and saying your goods await would be more reasuring.Thank you.
