I haven't punted, here, much; but, only because I like only certain game studios, to have begun with; and I hadn't studied this place, enough, the few times I'd been there, thinking just that, PERHAPS, they might not have had as large a selection as I'd have preferred. I went back there, the other day, querying about something to do with what I believe had become, expired bonuses--just a bit of clarification because they appeared to maybe still be available. I've always found their chat very helpful and polite and I think a lot of punters here on this website are commenting to that effect, quite a few of them; and, so, the operator for the chat came on and it was two in the morning and he was nothing but courteous and pleasant and had actually randomly, without my having asked for it, a $10 bonus into my account because they were totally right; the bonuses had expired; but they weren't available; and, I guess, because of any kind of even possible confusion; even though I didn't question them because I saw that I was wrong; the gentleman had proffered me, quite-random-but-very-generous $10 bonus, in my my account. I thanked the gentleman; and, had told them, in the comments section, which is made for the commenting on the experience given by the chat; I wrote that I will have been coming into a tiny touch of monies shortly thereafter and that I will remember them for doing something that casinos don't need to do which is provide these courtesy gestures; and that I would return to thank them by playing with them and giving them my loyalty and attention, in the least. And so today is that day, whereby the funds have came; and I'm about to go deposit there. Reddit is filled with cranky people I find and they're very group think enabled now they don't have the best things to say about this establishment but they don't have the best things to say about any establishment and I am saying this only because I intend to kind of see whenever it might happen how the withdrawal process goes at this establishment because that is probably my number one priority but because they stunned me with their lovely nice random bonus I will have to trust that they are within four hours like most people say and that they can even be quicker. But at this point I am satisfied overall it's just I wish I could review them on their withdrawal processes as they stand but as it stands I'm just wanting to say another thanks to them for what they did and I'm sure everything else will go just fine so if you're looking for a new place to try you should probably try this one but don't go asking in my opinion for random bonuses because we shouldn't take advantage of people who do things like that and this is an example of a person doing something like that because they were told as a policy to be nice to us and to do these things so let's make sure that we can keep having them do that only because they felt like they could've and not because we start demanding it. They've done it again. Very small, but a bonus was promised for completeing a survey and SURPRISE! No bonus granted and email not working on their site to bring up the matter (Not that they'd address it regardless)...

This site is a scam, every review u read is fake, they don’t even give you fast withdrawals at all, the live support is super disrespectful and they don’t help u whatsoever, I made an account I did a $50 deposit I’ve won and went to make a withdrawal when I did they asked me to verify my identity through Flinks and connect my bank? Which I thought was a little suspicious because any other gambling site they do not ask you to do that. Then everytime I tried to talk to live support they tell me oh processing times are between 7-4 est which is weird when I requested my withdraw at 11:22am and I waited 24 hours nothing yet. Then I msg them again after waiting over 24 hours and they tell me “oh message before 4pm” they tell me they’ve sent my request to the “payment team” but they’ve never done anything about it. I would highly recommend taking your money elsewhere. They will ding you for extra documents every time you go to withdraw, and then take days to respond to your documents. Not worth it at all. Take your money to one of the many casinos that offer instant withdraw. DraftKings, LuckyDays, LuckyCasino, SpinAway are all way better platforms that offer instant withdraw, and never bug you for extra documents, Powerplay casino sucks!!!!

I deposited over $1,500 into my account without any issue—the amount was immediately withdrawn from my bank account, and no verification was requested prior to the deposit. If verification were genuinely required to prevent money laundering or fraud, it should have been prompted before accepting funds. Despite this, I was able to play freely without restriction until I won $3,000 from my initial deposit and attempted to withdraw my balance of $4,500.
At that point, I was subjected to unnecessary delays and confusing instructions. The verification process has been inconsistent and poorly communicated. I was initially told to refer to the verification page, which only listed “source of funds” as the required document type and specified that uploads must be image files (JPEG, PNG, etc.). However, customer support then informed me that the documents must be in PDF format. After contacting multiple support agents, I finally received a separate email with an entirely different list of required documents—which I promptly submitted. It has now been over a week, and I have yet to receive any update from the designated department or have my withdrawal processed.
This experience has been highly disappointing and unprofessional. Withdrawing customer funds should not involve such unnecessary complications and delays. I strongly urge immediate review and action on my case, and I believe the AGCO should be notified of these unreasonable practices and the delay in releasing customer funds.
