SCAMMERS !! They should be investigated by the uk Trade and standards and have their Trading license taken away

SCAMMERS !!! Absolute disgraceful company they should be investigated by the Trade and standards.
I purchased a PS72 unit from them December last year it turned up faulty (the 12v system would not charge) they dragged it out 3 months before sending me a returns label.
When I eventually received it they said it would be a 10 day turn round for repair and send back they spent 3 weeks telling me that my address didn’t exist so they couldn’t send it back (even tho it was the same address from the original purchase.
When they eventually sent it back the unit came back with the same original fault from day one.
So I am now 3 weeks later trying to get them to send another return label 12 emails later they just keep say sorry for the inconvenience we are having issues and will send one a soon has they have resolved the issue.
So here I am 7 months later still waiting to send it back for yet again another attempt of having it repaired so it can be of fit purpose in which I purchased for in the first place over 7 months ago.

Great purchase highly recommended

The price of item, Bluetti B300S was much less than elsewhere. I phoned them to confirm stock was available, they were able to answer all my questions. The staff spoke very good English. Once the order was placed I received carrier and tracking information. The item was to be sent to me in Southern Italy and arrived after 3 days. The service was hassle free and i was able to track the package all the way.

If nothing goes wrong you might be OK if you're not in a rush..

If nothing goes wrong you might be OK.
Had to ship a faulty unit back to their Netherlands office. No help was provided and believe me it is not easy or cheap to return a heavy item that contains Li-on batteries from the UK to EU.
It still took them 3 weeks to even look at it and then they just said 'water damage'. I wouldn't have wasted my time and money to return a unit that was water damaged. A convenient slur to save them the cost of repairing a faulty unit.

Truly awful experience - DANGEROUS POWEROAK

Truly awful experience. Purchased a Battery Unit and Solar Panels. The unit went on fire in my van whilst charging an iPhone. Contacted customer services who said that it was 'impossible' and that I must be mistaken because their units never do that. Was asked to return the burnt unit (after much arguing that it had indeed been on fire). Did so. It took 6 MONTHS to hear anything back about my £600 unit and multiple ignored emails. Got in contact with customer service via webchat who were exceptionally rude. Then they agreed there was a fault (although decided it was my fault through incorrect usage of the unit - not sure how I used it incorrectly plugging in an iphone with an official Apple cable) and promised to send a new unit. 6 months later, a package appears at my door - my old, burnt unit that now is absolutely scratched and dented to death and displaying an error code that it did not display before. Customer service no longer replying.

Fake shop!

Fake shop!
When you order something, they said everything is in the shop,you will receive in 5 days.
In reality, after several days nothing is send. And then they say you will receive it in 10 days, maybe!
I am really unhappy with such internet shop!
Don't do any transactions with them!

Good company. Instantly available for help.

I ordered a solar panel and 2 different power generators. I never had any charges from post office like the other review says. It was speedy deliver, even though it was from overseas.
I did get sent the wrong 12v power cable and didn't realise until about 2 or 3 months later. When I spoke to them online, they were brilliant and sent me out the right cable straight away and free of charge. Came within a few days. Thumbs up power oak! Great customer service :)

I purchased a PowerOak PS6S 500Wh solar…

I purchased a PowerOak PS6S 500Wh solar AC/DC generator from this company, after 20 mins online chat with them, I made my purchase £350

A week or so later, I received a letter from Royal Mail requesting £98 for it to be released from customs for import tax etc.

I contacted Power Oak, and asked why this was not mentioned either on their website or via live chat (which I might add was a UK Url site) so I believed I was purchasing the product which was already in the UK.

They refused to reimburse me this cost and I found the person (Ibrahim) i was dealing with via emails was rather rude towards me and not helpful at all.

When the product arrived, it was set up for European countries 2 pin and not for the UK 3 pin. Again I contacted them via live chat, and was told that they did not cater for UK 3 pin any longer. Again I asked them, why was this not mentioned on the previous online chat, at the time of purchasing, no response and they ignored all my messages.

I left this a few days and contacted them a gain via live chat, I spoke to a customer support, when I explained the 2 pin issue, I was reassured I would receive FREE of charge a conversion kit from European to UK plugs. (I took screen shoots of our conversion).

I was told it would be approximately 2 weeks due to Chinese New Year and they had to order the kit from china.

I did email them the correspondence I had with customer support and have not received a response back from them.

They are ignoring my emails, I get the impression they are ignoring me and do not want to assist me in rectifying this issue.

I appreciate, due to the current situation we are in and most probably running on a skeleton staff, but I do think it is rather appalling that they do not have the courteous to reply to my email, now they have my money, they are not interested.

If you are thinking of purchasing from this company, make sure you ask the right questions and you are actually getting what you are paying for.
