DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We used them several years ago and spent a ton of money to have the whole house sided and all new windows. All of these things were sold under the pretense that there is a lifetime warranty. Well - now three of my windows have broken their seal so I called to get them replaced and was told "oh we don't use that window company anymore, so you're warranty is void" - no where does it state that when you sign up with them. They will sell you a dream and leave you hanging. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! Overpriced crooks!
I can't speak for their installation or products because it never went that far. My issue is with their VERY aggressive sales tactics. Last week, guy #1 came to the door and told me some of my neighbors were getting estimates on their windows (which proved to be a lie) and would I be interested? I am looking at installing new windows at some point in the future, so I spoke with him for a few minutes. He asked how old the house was, etc. All of this stuff is public, so I answered. He said he'd leave me with information (he never did). Then he wanted my phone number. I said absolutely not. He explained it was just a one-time call to schedule the estimate. Again, I said no. He shrugged and said goodbye. I thought that was the end of it, but five minutes later, team two came along. This team asked me the same questions. I kept telling them that one of their colleagues had already been by, and the man said "yeah, we talked with him about you." That waved a huge red flag. I realized this was a tag team situation, and team #2 was the big gun. I then told him no phone number. He reiterated it would be a one-time call. He then asked me when if I ever bought a car, didn't I provide my Social Securty number? I told him no, because it was none of his damned business if I did or didn't. He asked me another few questions along that same vein, and I decided I had enough. I told him that no number means no number, thanked him and his partner for stopping by and went back inside. I did research on this company and saw from many reviews that I wasn't the only "beneficiary" of this sales tactic. I'm sure once the "estimate" had been prepared, I would have had a fight on my hands to tell the company no. I'm glad I didn't provide my phone number and get that estimate. Moral of the story is you see someone in your neighbood with a "Power" logo on their shirt, by all means talk to them if you want. But be careful. These folks seem to be trained in the "wear down the prospect" school of sales tactics. It's unfortunate because many people on this site seem genuinely happy with the work. But this is one prospect who will NEVER become a Power Home Remodeling client.
We purchased windows from Power with a lifetime warranty. Not long after installation, the windows started to leak gas’s between the panes. At this point, all but 2 of our 13 windows have a brown haziness. When I called to get them replaced, I was told it would cost me money for each window. Apparently, I have to take on some of the financial burden of Power windows not making sure their manufacturer made a good product in the first place.safe yourself time and headache. Go with a different window company.

Pain in the neck company. A lot of marketing and talk and talk and talk...
They held me hostage for 10 minutes asking about my wife schedule if she is a decision maker or not, blah, blah, blah, the typical company with 14K reviews that you should not trust and that spends a lot on selling and marketing.
I ended up hanging up and blocking them.
Having read your review, maybe the point is making sure you only work with the very "docile" customers that follow your procedures blindly and drink your kool-aid.
I was explained all these "processes" correctly by your company as part of the sales process. I listened, I explained my decision making process and you just were inflexible.
To put it in practical clear words: You cannot simply come, evaluate and make a proposal. No simple. That cannot be done. It has to be done in your way with your selling and marketing techniques and you demand to have the audience of your choice. I get it. NO THANK YOU !
I hope this helps someone that does not tolerate that style.

I had a great experience with Power Home Remodeling. The team was professional, kept me informed throughout the project, and delivered high-quality work on time.
Power did an excellent job for us. They carefully explained the windows they were selling and explained in detail how the process works. They followed through on everything they said they would do. They were very professional, and answered every question we had. We are very happy with the results. We love the windows . I highly recommend this company.
Power Home remodeling came to my house at 7:30, I had thought it would be a short discussion and would wrap up in 30 minutes. Instead the sales rep was here for 3 hours. He went through a very long sales pitch and demo. When he finished and showed me the cost of the materials and work it was way over priced. I kindly told him I would think about it and he reminded me the "better price" was if I signed that night. Big red flag. He keep "calling his boss" for a better price and was negotiating as to how many windows would be initially replaced. Another big red flag was his concern as to the apparent damage around the windows and to the house. I was concerned so I just had a house inspector look at it this morning. No the windows/ casement and wall are all okay. I did agree that the windows (single pane) allow considerable heat to pass though. Recommended cheapest solution was a set of blackout curtains for now.
I looked on reddit and some other forums and saw that they have at best a "mixed" reputation. To be fair I attempted to call Power and discuss with them my concerns. One thing i distinctly remember the sales rep saying was that if you call them a person not an automated system will answer. Nope you get an automated answering system.. press1.... and so on. So no I cannot recommend them.
project has been incomplete for 3 months. Major workmanship errors, electrical system damage,. support refuses to call back.

Their products and services are really over price and they use really cheap labor contractors for installation.
They were supposed to reinstall original storm doors but their salesperson purposely left it out of contract and made the new door measurements so that the storm doors wouldn't fit anymore. I was told by another contractor that they do this on purpose; to get you to buy their custom storm doors for $5-6,000, these are the same custom storm doors that you can buy at Lowes or Home Depot for $13-1400 installed.
One of the doors they install, will not close properly and when called to have repaired, there was a 3 month wait. If you are looking to do home improvements, find a few local contractors and get an estimate and than get a home improvement loan with your bank or mortgage company, not with these home improvement company that offer easy financing with the windows, doors, siding etc, that have a 1000-2000 % markup and financing rates as high as 21%.
this company has poor customer service in my book, when I first complained about the storm door, the person on the phone chuckled in his response that it wasn't in the contract, so warning to others, shop else were!!!
Let me be clear: I regret choosing Power Home Remodeling. I had a brand‑new roof and gutter system installed by Canopy Roofing in August 2025. Perfect work. Zero issues. In November, I hired Power for siding. They told me my four‑month‑old gutters had to come off and that doing so would void the warranty. I considered calling Canopy to reinstall them afterward, but Power talked me out of it. They pushed their "bigger, better, no‑guard‑needed" gutters and even offered me a "deal" to replace my perfectly good system. That "deal" has turned into a liability. Three months after installation, my roof was visibly bowed and my gutters were overflowing. Canopy inspected the situation and immediately identified the problem: Power's installers physically damaged my roof by forcing the shingles upward during gutter installation. Canopy fixed the damage for free--because they're professionals. Power, on the other hand, gave me a canned speech about how their gutters "don't need guards." Meanwhile, mine were clogged solid after three months. Their solution? They'd "note" my account so adding guards "should be fine." If your product fails in under 90 days, the warranty is meaningless. And a "deal" that results in roof damage and non‑functional gutters is not a deal. As I write this, it's been raining for three days straight. My gutters--cleaned less than two months ago--are failing on every side of my home. Waterfalls everywhere. Zero functionality. I guess my new gutters mean monthly gutter cleanings... Power Home Remodeling sold me a defective system, damaged my roof, and then tried to talk their way around it.
As of this morning and after dragging a ladder out to look in the gutters.
My gutters were cleaned just two months ago, but the real issue has been the downspouts. Even with the gutters clear, the downspout openings keep clogging with hardwood leaves and debris, which causes the entire gutter system to overflow during rain. The elbows at the top of the downspouts seem to be the main choke point, and the openings are too small to handle the amount of leaf fall around my property. Because of this, the gutters back up and spill over the edges long before they should need another cleaning. I feel like this is definitely an installation issue that should have been A. Accounted for at installation with larger openings or B. considered When I called about my issue when they sent a guy out to check the angle of my gutter slope.
Now, here I am, a 57 year old woman climbing a ladder to clean out downspouts 2 months after a gutter cleaning because the much heralded special coating doesn't help the debris clear the last and most important hurdle...the downspout.
The company tries to hold their word but in reality they don’t. All the sales people seem very nice and trustworthy and the installation seemed good - that’s only until something you come across becomes defected of some sort. In my case I had my windows replaced. All the mechanics on one side of one of the windows broke apart. They scheduled to come out months later to repair but canceled the appointment because they were down man power that day. I understood, trying to work with them and they’re now scheduled to come soon - months after. I didn’t make a big deal about it because they explained they come out on revisits according to priority. So me, giving the benefit of the doubt, I purchased a door. The door itself is beautiful. The installation seemed good until I was gently rolling a bicycle out the door and the pedal of the bike peeled the frame capping back. I only had the door for two weeks now. When I called I was told by the project manager that I’m the one who caused it, it’s my problem. I explained to him there’s no way a door that costs $5,000( mind you, would of cost $7,000 but I got the previous customer discount) should have parts of the door peeling back like that. I sent him video on how it can be pulled back with my pinky finger. He still says that’s how it’s designed, that I should have been more careful. Had I known it was free to bend back like that I would of secured it myself. And when I ordered the door it had pictures of two locks. It came like it looked, but it’s just equipped with one deadbolt lock. I state this because what am I supposed to do if this lock goes bad when they hold the supposedly lifetime warranty that’s voided out if you make altercations. All I could say now is I really wouldn’t of had them do the projects if I knew this is how they operate. They charge all this extra money promising lifetime warranty when you’re pretty much on your own.
From beginning to finished project, the team is professional. It was amazing that they finished in 7 hours from taking out the 18 old windows and installed them, and cleaned up.
Replacement of defective windows should not take years. I called Power Home Remodeling on 10/3/2022 for a defective window. It was replaced in February 2026 but it took a couple more months for the lock to work.
The entire construction team worked together to accomplish the goal of installing the windows to our satisfaction.Everyone had their responsibilities and did them well. They went above and beyond their standard duties. I can already see a difference with the new windows. Living in Nevada where the temperatures have already reached 100, my house stays cooler than with the old windows. So far I am very pleased. After a reasonable amount of time, I would recommend the company reach out to check to see how everything is going with the workmanship and satisfaction with the windows.
They did amazing work, helped me jump a car with a dead battery to get it out of the way, and were able to do my whole roof in one day. They also cleaned up after themselves making sure nothing was left behind and that there were no old nails or debris anywhere.
They destroyed my ac split unit didn't install my drip edge that they said they will do this company will lie to get you to buy just like every other scamming companies they will be on your ass for something they need to be signed but wont call you when something goes wrong if you dont believe i have pictures of everything hit me up
WARNING!!!!!! Stay away unless you want some frustration in your life!!! Apparently their service area does not know the difference between left and right, or there is a severe case of dyslexia going around within that organization.
One of my patio window just decided to pop and crack on it's own. The window consists of three glass panels, and the one inside just popped and crack for no reason. This occurred just three weeks after installation Oct 31, 2025. It is now April 2026, and my window is still not fixed. Each time they come (3 times now) to replace the door, they bring the incorrect panel.
Each time they confirm that they have the correct panel, and each time they leave with the incorrect door. As a consumer you can imagine how frustrating this is, however, what frustrates me even more that each time I had to call the organization as no one from management have yet to call me to discuss my concerns.
Regarding the initial installation and work crew, outstanding!!!! However, once something goes wrong that's when the nightmare begins. Stay away unless you want frustration in your life!!!
This company has a way over inflated pricing and a loan program aimed to cost you major $$$. Also the plannig during the job has poor communication process. They do not call to inform during appointments and just show up with a dumster amd workers that do not speak english or care to inform you during the work process. Their sales team is high pressure sales and did not explain the scope of work in a way to understand the entire work process. I would never recommend them and sorry I ever used them.
I spent over $40k for siding (that probably was not needed) in Sept 2022. I had one panel fall off Nov of 2025 and when we called they said they cannot send anyone for 2 months then when it was time there was snow so they couldn’t go up so got delayed even more. Fortunately I placed it back after it fell off so was not worried. But now April 2026 I have another panel that ripped off and hanging on and rubbing against the siding and they are telling me they cannot even send some out to take it down and can’t have anyone out for a week so I have to go 7 days without it being fixed unless the wind finishes it off. Do yourself a favor and never ever use this company. Wish I could give zero stars as I think one star is too high.
