THEY DESERVE 0 STARS AND LESS. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Their products are worse than mediocre and overpriced . The shipping service is extremely expensive and inefficient too. They never delivered my order and had the audacity to say they notified me via email and text which they never did. When I asked them to provide proof they never got back to me. Look for better providers. The products sold here are too expensive for what they are, and you can get the same cheaper and better elsewhere . STAY AWAY!

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear about your experience. However, we’d like to clarify that your order was dispatched as promised, and we provided tracking details, including proof of attempted delivery with pictures of your front door via DPD, which were emailed to you. After the delivery attempt, your parcel was dropped off at your local post office for collection. Unfortunately, it was returned to us as it was not collected within the required timeframe.
As this process followed standard shipping procedures, we cannot resend the order free of charge.
However, as a gesture of goodwill, we have processed a full refund, including delivery charges.
